First of all, the room looks very different in the photos than it does in real life. Here is what I've experienced thus far while visiting:

1. I noticed black stains on the wall, indicating that the place is unclean. The room had an overpowering cigarette odour. I could feel dirt particles on my feet since the floor was so filthy. I believe there was a thin layer of wood plate covering the floor, but one of them was loose, and I could smell a foul stench emanating from the simen floor.

2. The toilet door was defective; it was a folding door, and the lockable portion was missing. Water splashed out of the toilet to the room because that door couldn't be closed correctly because of the missing portion. and the floor of the room (between the room entrance area and toilet entrance area) ended up being damp.

I expect the accommodation to be clean despite the fact that it is inexpensive and lacks basic room amenities. The room conditioning is so bad that I will never return.

Sangat kotor.. Cuci muka punya tempat ada kekuning-kuningan.. Toilet ada bau busuk Yang kuat, dinding semua sanagat geli punya hitam..
Service area tak ada org jaga.. Kena on call self service..
Room punya saiz pun kecil..
Pintu pun rasak bathroom punya.. Dalam bedroom tak ada cabinet atau ruang simpan bag, baju.. simpan baju, kena simpan dekat lantai..
Curtain pun nipis.. Belum sampai 6.20am luar punya matahari sudah masuk, tak dapat tidur lewat sikit..
Sampil tidur sampil ada bau Perak dari bathroom.. 😌

Hasil servay daripada Google maka marketing berjaya menarik perhatian supaya menginap dengan welcome inn.

Namun mengecewakan, keadaan bilik tidak bersih (KOTOR), meja untk meletakkan makanan tidak disediakan. Selain itu, bau bilik juga sangat mengganggu tidur yang lena, terasa ingin membatalkan tempahan namun sudah terlanjur.

Maka dengan ini, tidak akan pernah mengesyorkan tempat ini untuk orng terdekat.

1. When I arrived to check in, the lobby was in disarray. Shoes and slippers were scattered and the smell of socks was overwhelming.

2. Some guests treated the hotel like their own home, playing loud music on speakers and leaving their room doors open.

3. The room was very small, despite booking a queen-size bed. There was no table, drink kits, or water heater like most other hotels—even OYO hotels at RM38-40 provide these basic amenities.

4. On the second floor, there was no Wi-Fi access as it was only available on the first floor. The TV was fine, offering Netflix, YouTube, and other options, but the remote control didn’t work, even after trying a replacement from another room.

5. A nightmare happened—the room had no water. How could I shower or use the toilet? There was no water from night until morning. I tried contacting the owner, but no one answered my calls.

6. Self Check-In was fine, no deposit required.

7. The staff were very nice.

self check in sangat memudahkan tapi bahaya sebab dia bagi masuk bilik suka hati je, sy dpt bilik yang belum kemas, sangat terabuh dan bau, TERKEJUT! Bayangkan kalau sy dpt bilik yg masih ada customer lain, haaa macam mana tu

Lepas tu dia bagi tukar bilik yg dah kemas, walaupun bilik dah kemas tapi sangat bau, bau toilet sy rasa, sampai 1 bilik bau, sangat sangat sangat tidak selesa, tak dpt tidur!

Siling tidak repair, satu lubang besar kat siling toilet

tilam, selimut dan bantal ada kesan2 kotor, rasa geli, sy tak semua tu tidak dibasuh..

Aircond rosak, tidak sejuk! nak adjust tapi aircond remote hilang, saya terpaksa download remote control guna phone.. lepas adjust degree, pun masih tidak sejuk!

Overall, not OK this room!

Servis bersih bilik lambat sepertimana yg dijanjikan.. nk check in pukul 1.30 ptg, bagitahu check in biasanya pukul 3 ptg.. jalan2 prgi pasar.. lpas tu nk check in hotel, bilik belum kemas.. janji bilik sudah kemas pkul 2.30 ptg..

Kamu mahu stay welcome Inn Semua benda kena buat sendiri. Waktu datang sana memang tidak akan ada pelayanan/pekerja di kaunter. Pernah tunggu sampai 1 jam sedangkan sdh dikol banyak Kali. Then bilik dia sangat2 tidak menyenagkan. Then bila minta tukar bilik lain dia kata bilik penuh sedangkan bilik lain masih ada kosong. Then kalau menginap di sana keselamtan kamu tidak terjamin walaupun ada CCTV . Dalam gambar bilik Punya la cantik tapi reality kirim Salam.

good enough. Smart tv and ac working perfectly. Room clean. Toilet clean but smelly. not recommended if you stay more than 2 days because nobody will makeup or do room service.
If u want to checkin, pls call the number on the book. Nobody will assist you physically, there's no receptionist at the counter. Pretty much self service. Call them and they will guide you how to checkin. Checkout also by yourself
