Water heater not working. Not safe because use metal hose. Room service is terrible. No staff will clean up your room. The only good thing is the room is spacious and comfy bed but i have doubt about the hygiene. Do not book use booking.com..go to their website.

Booked through agoda. I arrived at 315pm. Initially they said the room are fully booked, & then said room are not ready cleaned yet. He asked me to wait more. How come from 2-3pm the room is not ready…

The wifi is not working eventhough I called their frontdesk. Wifi keep reconnecting but no internet access.

First time stay because i have course here. So comfortable, we book an apartment because bring family and kids. Affordable price. The room is large. Staff is fast respondable and friendly. There is welcome drinks here when you arrive behind the receptionist desk. Most importanly is the emart mall is nearby where you can shopping. Foodcourt nearby and a lot of store including KFC, Sugarbun, Watson, Pizza Hut even smokehouse.

Hotel is just few minutes away from the airport, convenient for a late-night flight arrival into Miri. Basic amenities. Met expectations as mainly here for transit in between flights.

Very popular hotel, especially with Bruneians & out of town folks. Great location, about 6 mins to Miri Airport, plenty of eateries, a laundrette, car wash shop & convenient stores within walking distance. Rooms are great & clean. Apartment option also available. Friendly & helpful reception & plenty of car park.
