Pagi ni kira peak hour la sebab ramai orang order untuk breakfast tapi Coffee Bean pls laaa, 2 orang je staff? Dengan order banyak mcm tu. staff pun huru hara siapkan order.

I always coming here bought some coffee. Taste great and got assist with some guy staff.Amazing service from them. But, this is the first time I got assist with this red hair girl staff. I think her name is Siti Nurliyana appear in receipt as the cashier. Please Im the only customer at the that time and not even busy. Even so it is your job to do. But, she assist me with no smile on her face? Even I greet her with smile but she taking my order and act so arrogant. You are the owner is it? But somehow you appear to be very happy and cheerful with other male staff. What is this behaviour? And when the order is ready you don’t even thanked me not even with smile. Just put my food at the counter with annoyed face. Shame on you Siti Norliyana if you don’t like the job just resign lah? So everyone be cautious lah with this red hair girl staff.

This coffee bean outlet always charged you more than what you ordered. Cth: you order dry iced americano then they will ask nak strong coffee or not. You will expect nothing out of it la kan but they are actually wanting to charge you more for an extra shot. It is the way they promote it slyly with twisting their words yg annoying. So always be careful when these worker suggesting anything. Not to add when they tiba2 add sugar la powder la or upsize ur drink that u never asked for. If the coffee ended up good takpe jgk ni rasa mcm kureng je. Geram ee. So always check the screen before u pay. They push their sales too much and too often, it became annoying. Furthermore, please train your barista to make better cup of coffee. Apeni dry americano tapi tak rasa kopi. Kecewa when you spend quite an amount of money for a bad cup of coffee.

This is the third time where my order is incomplete. 2 times when i ordered via grab then I ended up going to the store to get the missing paid items and another one when i ordered to go and luckily i checked and realize it missed an item. Pleasw improve the service. Cbtl in caltex near to this one is better but doesn't have the drive thru convenience as this one.

Small shop missing lots of items. The lattes are generally not very good. I think they use UHT milk instead of fresh milk because the steamed milk doesn’t develop microfoam.

Bad experience here malam ni. To cashier Suraya, please belajar utk dengar apa yg customer nak. Jangan kelam kabut. Kalau u tak boleh nak handle customer needs jangan duduk depan, jangan attend customer.
Nak claim kek on my birthday, dia punch utk claim air buy 1 free 1 😖 orderla air smp dua,sbb cashier misunderstanding. Kita tnya lain, dia tak tnya apa kita nak sbrnnya, terus decide kena order air buy 1 free 1. da order air,sikit gula pun tak dibaginya. Nak suruh minum air jamu ke apa... !! I tak minta americano pon!!
nak claim kek patut bayar 1 air jelah da tak memasal kena bayar air smp 2 tp dapat air pahit sepahit pengalaman mlm ni.😑😑😑
