Clean pleasant mountain refuge. Friendly staff. Can buy postcards pre-stamped and post them in Malaysia's highest postbox, attached to hut exterior. A surprisingly popular service.
Sleeping area was a dormitory for 16 people, with bunk beds. They provide warm red sleeping bags with a fresh blue sheet liner for hygiene.
Ample shower and washrooms. For me, shower was warm but that depends on solar heating.
All the coffee (instant all-in-one style) and tea you can drink.
Very basic breakfast served. Dinner was superb but next door in main Laban Rata resthouse.

特地安排在生日這天登上神山，並參加長線鋼索攀岩，當作送給自己最難忘的生日禮物。
回到山屋後，在餐廳吃著早午餐，突然傳來熱鬧的生日快樂歌。山屋的夥伴們有的彈吉他，有的唱歌，有個夥伴端著盤子走向我。
天啊！居然是布丁裝飾成蛋糕。太讓人感動了吧！🥹🥹🥹

It's a great place for rest before going for the peak! The staff are very friendly and helpful, unlimited coffee and tea provided, the dinner is served in the restaurant outside in a buffet style (which was great), breakfast and lunch are provided by the hut and are very basic. The place itself is clean and neat, and overall very well managed.

在山屋旁有全馬來西亞最高的郵箱，可以在山屋櫃檯購買明信片，投入郵箱後寄回國給自己。

休息區、山屋等人潮聚集處都連的到網路。Pendant Hut山屋的床很好睡，附有熱水、枕頭、床墊、睡袋(沒有霉味)、洗手台、廁所、浴室，山屋旁甚至還有一間豪華的大餐廳，餐廳有人員幫忙打菜，菜色種類非常豐富，主食、配菜、湯品、飲料、甜點都是吃到飽，是一種在台灣爬山不曾有過的體驗。

想要爬神山的人，建議分兩天完成，第一天先爬到山屋住一晚，隔天凌晨再出發前往山頂，需要特別注意的是7k check point如果雨太大就不會讓登山客通過，所以爬神山先可以特別關注一下氣象預告

At the time of writing, people doing a via ferrata route stayed here. The location is obviously incredible. Staff friendly and helpful. Cold showers only and shared co-ed dorms include bunk beds packed in like sardines. Better to think of it as a rest stop before the summit then as a hotel or similar.

One day rest stop for those who availed the via Ferrata package. I think there are two rooms for guests. One private room and one big room with at least 10 bunk beds - barely any place to move.
Sleeping bag was provided, which was quite cozy. Luckily no one snored loud at the time we stayed there.
The bathrooms are downstairs and are clean enough.
