I booked the tent, really not worth my RM160 per night. You can get a proper room with full and complete amenities at the same price. For a tent RM160 Really not worth it guys. tent should be for a low budget trip but this is not it. Really overpriced. If you want to continue providing this tent for your customer, you should lower your price. Guys, go book a room with non shared bathroom. You can get it at other homestay with magneficent views. The tent was mouldy and smellt mouldy. The fan is also rusty. Mould is not good for our respiration system. Plus, they provide only two shared bathroom but only one is fully functional. We had to share the only one bathroom. For the location, it is far from the town. Really not worth paying.  Anddd the doggsss, for god sake, the owner should do something about the dogs. My worst nightmare. No pictures cause it is tooo bad to be kept.

Room is simple and clean.
A lot of camp side at this area.
The design and landscape is wonderful and special!
The 520 love windmill is amazing and nice to take picture.
The environment is nice and the weather around 20 degree Celsius.
Feeling at tropical farm and the air is fresh of cold foggy.

Staying here for one night to prepare for a mountain hike the next day had its moments, but there were some minor hiccups. We experienced an hour-long power outage in the evening, prompting everyone to quickly retreat to bed. The strong winds outside made it difficult to sleep, compounded by the annoying sound of spandex flapping against the room. The meals were simple, so it's best not to expect too much. Additionally, the paid coffee turned out to be just 3-in-1 instant coffee.

Unfortunately a bit far to walk still along the road, not the safest option if you don't have a car!

They didn't really help me with information about the transport back unfortunately.

I stayed in the dormitory room, not the luxurious kind but it was quite comfortable. The view is superb awesome with some cute and romantic spots /gardens for you to snap photos. Driving distance 5 minutes to Kinabalu Park HQ. Food is normal and nothing special.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, avoid at all costs. Apart from the location to Kinabalu National Park (20 mins walk down the main road), this place has almost no positives.

The private room was so humid and the ceiling was covered in water stains and black mould. The sheets were filthy and obviously hadn't been changed since the last guest as there were hairs, stains and stank of BO. The bathroom was about the same standard but also stank of cigarette smoke from the room above somehow. The site of the hotel looked really run down apart from a few new murals all the plants were dead.

Had to ask the staff for fresh sheets to make the bed and do it ourselves. Ended up leaving a day early to go back to Kota Kinabalu because it was so bad. From the look of the tents that are there they were just as bad.

Absolutely avoid this place.

Stayed at happy glamping basically a ready camp which cost RM160 PER TENT.. the experience was a nightmare . Upon arriving the site on 4:00P.m.
Tent were ready for check-in . But we found a lot of stained on the bedsheet and blanket , basically they didn't change a new one . Complained and waited 40min for them to change a proper one.
So tent is only ready on 5pm

When we were sleeping at night . The dog were fighting and barking just beside & behind your tent ( Non-stop ).
The odour inside the tent is worst than toilet, the carpet & the tent smelled like a 1 month unwashed sock. Me and my friend end up paying for the tent but sleeping inside our car instead ,

There is no cellular data there . Your only internet connection is through their WiFi . And the electricity supply is very unstable . Regularly no electric .
= No internet
= No light

The camp chair was all stained .
The tent is 30-40% covered by mole .shows that they never even cleaned their tent
The location is below the main road . U can expect alot of car pass by and pray god there will be no accident happen above u ,or u can see car parts flying through your tent

If your looking for a mold & smelly camp that has dog fight show just behind/beside your camp ( bed time )
That has unstable electricity and WiFi .
Then u have to try this camp .

The room is very clean, spacious and well maintained. No aircon in room, only ceiling fan but you don't need the aircon as the weather is cooling and windy. The scenery is incredible when looking out from the balcony of our room.

The homestay is quiet with nice landscape and air is fresh, a very good place to relax.

Overall a good stay with reasonable price. Will definitely come back again.
