We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and each visit was excellent. There is plenty of seating available, and during dinner we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset, which added to the overall atmosphere.

The menu is diverse and offered something for everyone at the table, with each dish being thoroughly enjoyed. The service was attentive, professional, and caring, making us feel well looked after.

Both times, the food was of high quality and left us very satisfied. Guests can choose to sit outside on the covered terrace, where ample fans ensure a pleasant dining experience even in warmer weather. For those who prefer an even cooler setting, the indoor seating area is air-conditioned.

Overall, this restaurant offers a great combination of delicious food, a comfortable setting, and excellent service. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner.

A lovely little spot! The escobeach burger is worth , it juicy , savory and flavorful , the burger was not greasy and the meat was beautifully cooked . A good handmade burger uses fresh buns and topping . The coconut shake with gulapong was very smooth and easy to drink, with a comforting flavor that makes me want to try other flavors . The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was cozy also beautiful view with sunset . as seen in this definitely worth a visit for a casual and delicious meal.

Great food, friendly staff and a magical environment. We ate at the restaurant both yesterday and today and we are incredibly satisfied. Next time we visit Damai/Kuching we will 100% eat here again. I can really recommend everyone to come here. Best restaurant in the area.

Margarita Pizza ( RM 26 ) thin crust – but taste bland and the 'crust' taste like pita bread. Sauce doesnt reach the edge of crust. Pizza arrive not in hot state.
ABC ( RM 9 ) – Grass jelly taste horrible & cendol was undercook ( still hard & stick to each other )

Last week, my family and I went to Escobeach Restaurant. The restaurant area was very comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful. We watched a stunning sunset. We had the Escobeach Western Beef Burger and other dishes. The burger was very delicious. The staff were all friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant was really worth it. I give it 5 stars.

I’ve been visiting Escobar at least once or twice a year, so it’s disheartening to leave a poor review. The staff are wonderful — warm, friendly, and always welcoming. Unfortunately, the food during my recent visit was a REAL letdown. Not even the great view and lovely team could make up for it.

We waited over an hour for sweet potato fries and the Golden Calamari (RM28)… and as you can see from the photo, it simply wasn’t worth the wait.

I still hope to return one day — Escobar is a local long-standing spot with great potential. But I sincerely hope they address the long waiting times. A wait is forgivable when the food is good, but one hour for underwhelming dishes is disappointing.. Escobar, I know you can do better, please do better. 💪🏻
