Initially I wanted to slim down and have a stronger knee. Coach Matiin well understood what I wanted and gave me a well explained and well planned programme for me which I am quite pleased until now. So far I have lost a little weight (I can’t hope much cause of my own discipline haha) and I can feel my knee got a little stronger with the training. I felt much more confident after the training sessions. Definitely will recommend to others because coach Matiin not only gave me the confidence that I will achieve my fitness goals but the confidence of standing tall despite the issues I have.

Taking up this personal training program was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It was tough at the beginning, but my trainer designed a plan specifically for me,challenging yet manageable and always knew how to push me just enough while encouraging me to keep improving.

I wanted to get healthier, stronger, and more independent, and Coach Stan has really helped me do that! He’s always so motivating and supportive.

Before this, I was even scared to carry 5kg because I thought it would hurt my back. But now I can squat heavier and even jump onto a boat without fear. I’m honestly surprised at how much stronger I’ve become and that I can lift heavy things without pain.

Since I began training here, I’ve seen great improvements in my strength, endurance, and body composition. I feel stronger, more confident, and have much more energy throughout the day. These positive changes have truly boosted my overall well-being,both physically and mentally.

When I started training, my goals were to lose weight and get healthier. I’ve had a fantastic experience with my coach, Ms. Leeda, who truly understands my abilities and makes the workouts enjoyable. I can feel my body getting stronger, especially my legs. The training has also helped me de-stress after work. I came to iLift with the goals of improving my muscle strength, mobility, flexibility, and managing my weight. My husband, John, and I signed up for the 48-session program with Coach Izzy. Training with him has been a pleasant, stress-free journey, especially thanks to his constant encouragement and affirmations that keep us motivated. Coach Izzy is easy-going and checks in with us regularly, always listening and being understanding despite our busy schedules and occasional off days.

Since starting, I’ve noticed improvements in my core strength—I don’t tire as easily when climbing stairs, and I can walk faster and cover longer distances. Plus, I’ve unexpectedly trimmed a few centimeters in certain areas. Although there’s still a long way to go, this program has helped me understand my body better, discover my physical capabilities, and learn the importance of endurance, persistence, and positivity in all aspects of life.
