My rating 9.8/10. Parking lot spacious & banyak. Mini zoo sgt best & luas. I can see benches everywhere. Foodcourt luas & blh makan. Toilets bersih dan available. Mini waterpark is huge & amazing. Kids section berbumbung. Other pools pun sesuai utk kids too sebab tak dalam. Jakuzi pool pun seronok. Lockers are free which is superb. Toilets inc bathrooms with shower gel, makeup room memang beyong expectation. Kerusi dan meja di tempat menunggu dlm waterpark pun banyak. Big fans are everywhere for instant dry. I wish the price could be revise & explained properly esp for cust yg bertanya by online. Lain² mmg tiptop.

很少动物，除非要玩水 特地去看动物的话很不划算，当时只有看到白兔/几种鸟/鼠类和鸡而已，玩水的地方还蛮好玩的，儿童区太冷了 晒不到太阳又有大风扇在上面

I stayed at the Modern House for 1 night. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Room & Comfort
The second room’s mattress and pillows were extremely hard, it’s wrapped in plastic, and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Definitely not worth the RM500 per night rate.
Room facilities are very basic — only an electric kettle, a few glasses, and bottled drinking water were provided.

Food & Dining
Limited food options available; only a few halal stalls selling food.
Cleanliness was poor — many flies around and trash bins not well maintained.
Food quality was disappointing. For example, the ayam penyet dish was poorly presented, with unexpected potatoes added to cover up the lack of actual ingredients. It did not match the menu description, yet customers were still charged the displayed price.
Cooking is not allowed, and the canteen closes at 7:00 pm, leaving no option for dinner afterwards.

Activities & Atmosphere
There are no activities available at night, making the place feel very quiet and dull after dark.
Many other areas of the resort are still under construction, with progress appearing very slow.

Logistics & Service
Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out at 12 pm.
Parking is not available directly at the house. After dropping off luggage, guests are required to park at a designated area. Reception staff said there was no buggy transport to the chalet, but when I asked the buggy driver, he said he could send guests. This shows a lack of communication among staff.

Staff working in hospitality should be better trained in customer service and courtesy to treat guests more professionally.

Positive Side
The mini water theme park is very attractive, with plenty of lifeguards on duty to ensure safety.
The changing rooms are spacious and convenient.
However, the float rental prices are quite expensive.

Overall:
The resort has strong potential, especially with its unique concept and family-friendly facilities like the water park. But for the high price, the stay was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Major improvements are needed in room comfort, food quality & hygiene, staff communication and professionalism, construction progress, and evening activities

Dua bayaran yang berbeza.
Rm45 dewasa dan rm25 kanak2.
Tapi untuk waterpark bayaran lain pula rm15.

Ada orang yang datang memang tujuan nak mandi bawa anak2 sahaja.
Kanak2 bila dah nampak waterpark mereka dah tak nak masuk mini zoo atau kawasan tanaman atau taman2 yang lain.

Boleh ke kalau buat pakej untuk pelanggan yang betul2 datang nak mandi sahaja.
Mahal sikit tak apa janji fokus untuk waterpark.

Waterpark superb memang terjaga,bersih,toilet sangat selesa.locker free,setiap kolam ada abg dan kakak sado jaga jadi tak risau keselamatan anak2.

Banyak mata2 yang sentiasa memantau keselamatan pelanggan.
Boleh repeat lagi cuma bayaran masuk tu mungkin boleh upgrade untuk waterpark sahaja.

Out of expectation for a park in Kuching. As a parent with kid, I felt they have done a good job in terms of hospitality and security. Kudos to the staff there, always smiley face and the amount of lifeguard at the water theme park there is just amazing. I felt safe.

Water theme park is clean ( the washroom as well ) and oh my, they actually provide hair dryer in the washroom. All the floaties required rental and deposit, is all good, new and clean.

The staff mention there will be another water theme park openning in the facility, can't wait. Dear management, please keep up with the good works !

Tak berbaloi masuk sini dengan bayaran yang dikenakan sebanyak RM 45.00. Dapat masuk ni pun kena paksa oleh Jabatan. Kalau tidak jangan haraplah kalau orang bagi tiket free pun, buang masa saja... bukan ada apa-apa yang luar biasa pon. Viral je lebih.

Overall experience was good. Maybe can added more interactive as many people just like to go waterpark. Water is dirty. Management please look into this matter.

This place doesn't have a minimum heights rules and guidelines! I saw toddlers as young as 5 years old sliding down the adult slides! So dangerous! And there are no railings on top of the adult slides, where public are queuing up to slide down. And there are no proper queue system! Imagine the kids up there pushing to cut queue, what if one of them accidentally pushed too hard causing a kid to fall down cos there are no rails? My son had an injury while playing at the adult slides due to understaffed. Not enough lifeguards on duty! There is also no proper crowd control and management. When we confronted the owner about my son's injury, he was rude, arrogant, brash and dismissive. Really bad experience and I won't recommend this to anyone who wants waterpark with INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS WHERE THERE ARE MINIMUM HEIGHT RULES AND SAFETY. OSHA, please take a look into this issue
