I'm sorry if I have to say this, but I had the worst experience I ever had with Penview. I've been to a few events or dinner organized in penview hotel, whether its a family wedding, or a community event dinner, I had a good times hoenstly & the foods was nice. I chose Penview as my venue for my wedding reception but it was the worst dinner I ever had. Why? Penview as I can recall, foods was among the best. Service was among the best. But our foods was serve to our guest almost all cold. what was that? The dessert was served at 10.30pm? can u believe that? Most of my guests never even had the dessert. The worst part, the fish we ordered, I saw some of the tables never even touched their fish because its already sour. Stale fish. Penview, I know u can do better than this, I even did a food testing one week prior to the event date, & it was honestly quite good. But why on the night of the event it was that bad. So bad, even the roasted chicken were dried like a wood. Unfortunately, we made a full payment of everything before the event date because we trusted your service. We even had our friends & family came from far to celebrate our day with us, & we chose you. We even chose the most expensive set & the biggset hall But u dissapoint me with the foods.

But nevetheless, the room was clean, cozy, & I had the most comfortable rest, genuinely. Thank You for that.

I hope you can do some post mortem & reinvestigate back what lacks. But I know for sure, I wouldnt recommend for any big events to be done in your hotel yet these nearest time coming, not until you improved & bounce back to your glorious time. But still I would recommend my family & friends for their staycation.
But On my Big Day, you truly dissapoints me.

We had a private function at this hotel. The rooftop banquet hall air conditioning was not functioning properly. It was the hottest event that I have ever attended. The hotel manager and the staff brought two fans but still unbearable. Proper maintenance and refurbishment are recommended for this hotel.

Had a wonderful evening at Penview Hotel for our Majlis Persaraan 2025. The dinner was well-organized, the venue comfortable, and the atmosphere felt meaningful with everyone’s presence. I had the honour to give a speech, and it was made even more special having all my coworkers present and my husband by my side. Truly a memorable night to cherish. Our room was ok but I was not happy with the toilet bowl. The water from the flushing cistern is not strong thus making the toilet paper accumulate in the toilet bowl. This doesn't only happen in our room but we also notice the same problem for the female public toilet at the lobby area.

The Ramadan buffet at RM89 was an excellent experience! The food selection was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for a great iftar with family and friends🤝

Dined in for Ramadan buffet, and there are variety of delicious foods. Staffs welcomed us with smiles on their faces and they are quick with clearing up dirty dishes which for me is good cause I don't like my tables full of them. Kudos!
