Basic family suite overlooking Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. Accessible from a staircase, hence not wheelchair friendly ~ FYR. Only one set of lift access and main door key provided. Was asked to pay a deposit of RM150 not sure for what. Bathtub but no plug to stop the water - basically can't enjoy the tub. TV with poor reception and local channels only. Toiletries and towels are provided. Firm King size bed and single bed. Good for the value.

Stayed for 2 nights from 2 to 4 sept at the family room. Room itself is nice with a balcony open view. To go to the suites, you will need to switch lifts lobbies as the lobby is at basement 1. Location itself is great with attractions and shopping combined. The only issue we had is during early check out on the 4 september 2022 morning, the staffs on site was unhelpful as both counters at the main lobby and basement counter was unable to assist us to early check out. It was bad attitude and we had to get our friends to assist with check out. Place and location great but working counter staff poor working attitude unfortunately

This place many problems
1. Carpark need to pay and high cost for one night park around RM21.
2. Expansive room. But toilet no wash properly.
Dirty and got ants.
3. Dirty bed sheet.
4. Lousy door lock.
5. No proper reception. Only a foreign worker that don't understand what you talk. Poor communication and bad management. Even the foreign worker is good attitude but what he can do? He only a housekeeper. Such a big hotel but no proper reception to help customers.

Room 2502 was pathetic, and the room looked very old and dusty. The sheets were dirty, and the fridge smelled like a dead animal. Even the doors can't be locked from inside as the handle is missing. Finding receptionists was a maze game until you found them under a staircase.

Would not recommend family, especially with a baby due to hygiene.

Luxurious and modern apartments in a great location

The views from the high-rise building were stunning, and the location was convenient for accessing the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the 24-hour security and front desk service. I would highly recommend Millennium Suites @ Pyramid Tower for anyone looking for comfortable and stylish accommodation in the area.

We were there on 08/12/2022 stay 1 night. Definitely no . Too run down n cannot find the check in-counter. They are like aliens there, no one bother to guide me how to look for them . The main Pyramid hotel at main lobby claims this hotel is third party not belong to them, Ask me to call them instead. I thought can mobile-check in , so cool, maybe give password later or what. I didn't try because My hp battery flat , furthermore, international roaming charged . We end up ask around again n finally found them at B1 carpark beside lift lobby so pathetic like "tumpang" the common area to do biz. a mini counter one man show beside a security officer. Omg. Really eye opening !!! so no mobile check in, no high tech , all manualmatic.
The room big no use. It was too dirty n old. Can see few of our good friend "xiao qiang" roaming around, the aircon compressor at the balcony was so noisy, I even need to help them change the shower head cos leaking. lastly the car park was excluding, we end up paying rm $21+ for parking

Well, I don't want to complain too much, is a nice location for staycation or exploring the Sunway pyramid and Sunway lagoon.

It's a studio suite, maybe a bit too old fashion, is ok very big room with many things you can enjoy, AC, microwave, fridge is working good, I didn't try the other one.

However, owner should start making plans to replace or fix furniture, the pillow is too moist and need to be aired, I did that on the first day, luckily there's two bed, the single one is more acceptable, the big one is too hard to sleep and making noises whenever I moved. Bathroom tiles silicon need to replace, is too much to see.

Bathtub is kinda worrisome, there's a crack, and if you are heavy, maybe try to shower by sitting down, idk how strong it is.

But, you have to remember that this suite is not easy to find.

It's easier if you come to the Sunway pyramid hotel entrance, the suite's lift is down the stairs way, B1. Don't forget to contact the property before you come.

But, if you do come from the mall, find G level, there's many sporting shop and you have to find Din Tai Fang or Village Roast Duck or the HDL hotpot, the entrance to the hotel just right there, if you can't find those 3 restaurant, spot for the glass lift next to the ice rink. When you see the ice rink, you are on the right spot, and find level G.
