I went here for the first time after 7 pm on Saturday. I usually order earlier if I'm on the way but I needed to use my Maps app first to navigate Bintulu. I stayed somewhere in a hotel 3 km away from Bintulu Boulevard Shopping Mall.

Anyways, even when I ordered quite a bit late on my Zus app, I didn't have to wait long for my drink to be served. It was fast but I'm not sure if the service would still be fast on busy days. The staff were all professional.

I ordered a Honey Lemon Peach Frappé and I didn't like how the taste hit my tongue. I didn't order Melon Jasmine Tea Frappé (red drink) because from the description, there definitely was tea in it. As someone who doesn't favour tea, I just knew I needed to avoid this specific drink. However, I didn't know HLPF was also a tea-based drink. The moment I drank it, it was bitter to taste.

I was under the assumption that HLPF was only from lemon, honey and crystal boba. I didn't realize there would be white peach oolong tea. Anyways, this is not a bad review on the service provided by this specific Zus outlet. I honestly have drank outlets from across Malaysia from KL, Kuching and Miri. I will continue to support Zus as it is our local brand.

I just had one bad experience with a drink that doesn't satisfy my taste buds, and that's completely fine. So to those who don't like tea-based drinks, you can avoid tea-based drinks. I usually order sweet Frappés here.

It was my first time in here. I know ZUS Coffee is quite popular these days. It was my first time trying their coffee. I regret it because I just figured out their coffee right now. Their coffee is super refreshing and you will want to try more. The staff is also really nice and kind. The price of the coffee was also reasonable. Whoa, I guess I am figuring out a new place for me to have some chill. I am recommending this coffee shop.

Coffee lovers are surely familiar with this coffee brand. Besides its well-balanced taste, it can also be compared to a brand that was once very popular. The price is neither too expensive nor too cheap. However, I would like to give a suggestion to this brand—please offer a wider variety of side dishes at your café. Sometimes, when I visit to enjoy a drink, there aren’t many side food options available. It can be a little disappointing, especially since your brand is currently growing in popularity. Please provide us with the best service possible.
