For the price I had high expectations.
Massage was very average.
Water cold when putting feet in.
Masseuse could not get the right pressure points for anywhere and lost “power” after 60 minutes of the 90 minutes massage.
Besides the comfy chair, would suggest going elsewhere… trust me, I get a lot of massages.

Easy to book via Whatsapp with fast response. Booked 1.5hrs ZEN Touch. I did not really know what type of session it would be. But it definitely was not a massage. It was literally..more touch. The techniques by the masseuse was all about using strength to press - from head, shoulder, legs to my back. Masseuse was good, she had great strength. But maybe I was expecting massage strokes instead. There was a foot bath to soak my feet too while she pressed my head.

Place was clean. One thing to note is the chair is fabric based sofa. Not a bed with a bedsheet cover. So I dont know about the cleanliness of the sofa. Smelly dirty people would have been on it. But thankfully there was no strange smell soaked in the sofa....it did look clean.

From the moment i walked in, felted welcome and ease, the atmosphere was relaxing with soft music. My therapist was incredibly skilled and make sure i was comfortable throughout the session. Front desk polite and good assist communicate between me and therapist.

Zen Oriental is definitely my favourite massage parlour in JB. Not only is the treatment good but so is their service, the space is so tranquil and the chairs are very comfortable! The most interesting part is that they have sink connected to the chair.

Our go-to treatment is Zen's Oriental Touch 60mins at RM 111 amd for this level and quality, there is a price tag that comes with it but it's not unreasonable. It's just that comparing to their sister brand Siam Oasis and other brands like Thai Odyssey, there is about a RM 10-13 difference.

Our group of 7 pax came out thoroughly satisfied with our foot massage. A lot of times, it really depends on which therapist you get and I would say we were very lucky to have all enjoyed our treatment and it also goes to show there's certainly a standard that they maintain to ensure consistency.

Booked the 60 min 5 senses therapy, it wasn't what I expected. It was so worth it!!
The therapy includes sitting in a private room, and you don't have to
move from places to places to get the feet washed, do head, shoulder, hands, legs massages, and a solid back kneading.
I felt so good after the session!
Will definitely come back again;)

I visited this place years ago, before the pandemic, and was pleasantly surprised by their unique setup—a chair where you can sit or lie down with a sink to soak your feet. After the pandemic, when they didn't reopen immediately, we tried their other outlet, Siam Oasis.

Today, coming back here, they still maintain that amazing chair, and the Thai masseurs did a great job. I even dozed off because it was so relaxing! They offer hot tea before and after the treatment, making the whole experience heavenly for the 60 minutes I spent there.

Comparing the same treatment between ZEN Oriental by Siam Oasis and Siam Oasis itself, ZEN Oriental's pricing is higher at RM 111.25 (including GST), while Siam Oasis offers their Signature Therapy - 5 Senses Therapy, which includes Head, Shoulder, Back, Foot & Foot Soak, for $98.25 with GST.
