Overall experience is great. Appointment booking was made in advance via WhatsApp. Did 1-for-1 promo of herbal spa and machine massage. Form regarding basic data was filled prior to session, to check your suitability for herbal spa. The staff explained about herbal spa that contains 38 herbs and its benefits before the session. Enjoyed the herbal spa and good place for couple to enjoy the spa together. Place is clean.

This is my third time here.
So far I like the herbal bath.
I tried deep tissue massage and signature massage.
Both I like it.
I bought a rm800 credit and free rm50 as a package for a 12mths validity.

So far nice environment and good service.

Went with my Mom as a treat for her birthday for the B1F1 promo and it was such an amazing experience from the booking all the way to the end! Service is top notch during booking, everything was prompt and fast and they answered all my queries. I love that it was not a rush at all and the ladies shared everything so clearly with us every step of the way. It’s very hard to find a massage spa place that is so clean and health conscious. I will recommend to all ladies because the herbal bath is just sooo therapeutic, the temperature is perfect. The salt scrub was also so soothing and the massage was very relaxing. I enjoyed everything and wished I can stay there all day! Thank you to Lillian my masseur for pampering me. I will give 5/5 stars and more if I can! And will come back for sure :)))

Enjoyed the herbal spa treatment which included a herbal bath, scrub & deep tissue massage. Really liked the ambience, the
whole experience and benefits of herbs. Very good service too. Will return, and strongly recommended for everyone to try.

There was a 1-for-1 promotion for the head spa. Overall pleasant and relaxing, for girls just don’t come with makeup as there will be some face massages involved. Loved the shampoo and hair serum they used, and the heat steaming really opened my hair follicles for new hair growth.

A little downside for me personally was that they weren’t very gentle with my hair. There were quite abit of pulling and tugging of my hair during washing and combing. Then again I appreciate that my hair is longer (armpit length) and harder to deal with, but I’m dropping so much hair, please be gentle 🥲

Came for their Herbal Spa which includes a full body massage and medicinal bath/soak, and the wonderful ladies here exceeded expectations. Massage was very professional, the masseuse always explained what she was going to do, checked on the pressure comfort often, and shared observations as she worked on different areas/muscles.
The herbal spa soak was amazing (smelt amazing too), relaxing, and temp was just right. Instructions clearly stated on a wall poster, very helpful. Wonderful after the thorough massage. Would definitely come again.
