Customer service sgt baik . Lokasi sgt strategic . Keliling mcm mcm makanan ada . Ada penapis air & freezer (mmg best boleh Tumpang Daging Korban dari kg) 🤣 . Parking jgn risau , mmg ada banyak & dekat dgn pintu masuk . Bilik okay untuk tidur berehat sebentar . Check in sebab tak larat hadap jem baby dah ngamuk . Lain kali kalau terkena jem , nak repeat hotel ni sajeee 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .

Hotel yang agak selesa untuk diinapi. Bilik semua ok. Bersih. Very recommended bagi sesiapa yang mencari tempat bermalam di bandar bentong. Tempat makan pun senang dicari di sekitar kawasan hotel.

Agak kecewa sbb dapat bilik yg kecik tiada tingkap sedangkan gmbr yg ditunjukkan bilik trsebut ade tingkap ...bayar dgn harga 160+ untk bilik yg kecil dn sempit agak tk brbaloi🥲...masa check in ade tuala yg dh digunakan belakang pintu...hotel tiada lift...kawasan hotel strategik, banyak kedai yg berdekatan hanya jalan kaki sahaja..

I had an excellent stay at Winn’s Hotel Bentong. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable – exactly what you need for a relaxing getaway. The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room was well-maintained. It truly felt like a peaceful space to unwind.

The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with good water pressure and consistent hot water. It’s clear that the hotel takes cleanliness seriously, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Another big plus is the location. The hotel is right in the heart of Bentong town, making it super convenient to walk to nearby restaurants, cafés, and shops. Everything you need is just around the corner, which is perfect if you don’t want to drive around.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. For the price, the quality and service here are absolutely worth it.

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located hotel in Bentong, Winn’s Hotel is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

Fresh renovated hotel in a great location. New mattresses, super friendly staff. We stopped here for 2 nights to change a motorcycle tire in the area and also to do laundry.
Super cheap laundry only a few minutes drive. Good restaurant just across the street.

I booked the suite unit for my stay. Check-in was smooth—front counter staff were fast and friendly. There’s plenty of parking at the back, though I was lucky to get a spot right in front.

The suite itself was clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that it faced the main road, which meant it could get quite noisy at times. The air conditioning worked as expected, but the water pressure was a major letdown. Once the water heater was turned on, the water flow dropped to about 20% of normal, making showering difficult. Even more inconvenient, turning on the water heater caused other water outlets to stop working entirely. We reported this issue to the staff the next morning.

One last thing that really disrupted the experience: housekeeping started vacuuming at 9 a.m., which woke me from a deep sleep. I believe cleaning should be scheduled a bit later to avoid disturbing guests.

Overall, while the location and staff were decent, the water issue and early noise made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
