Spacious gym with friendly, helpful staff and a solid mix of cardio and resistance equipment for a full-body workout. The functional training zone is a highlight, featuring battle ropes, tire flips, sledgehammers, and plyo boxes etc. A few of the pin-loaded machines make some loud clunking noise when loaded to maximum weight, likely due to worn-out parts or slight misalignment, but overall it’s a well-equipped, versatile space for all fitness levels.

This is like the 6th time I've been in the past 1 year whenever I'm in Ipoh. All the 5 treadmills are still not functioning properly. Come on.. Don't still charge rm12 per entry and not maintain them. Saturday 17jun23 9.40pm

Ive been here since it was branded UFC, ive seen the prices for walk ins go from the single digits to now 15 ringgit. I did make a lot of friends and enjoyed the community here, but i cannot justify an almost 2x price hike with barely any improvements since 7 years ago. You're better off going to the gym opposite where the price is still 8 ringgit.

Best gym ever the staff here are all super friendly and very helpful. Place very clean equipments are well kept.

Probably the best walk-in gym I’ve been to but it’s Rm10 per entry (ikr, expensive!). But in my opinion they shouldn’t charge more than rm8 for this place.

a) no air conditioning
b) no water cooler
C) no changing room (gotta change in the damn toilet)
c) only 2 old treadmill (as of February 19)
d) tiny lockers

Hi, I’m a regular member here in st18 URBAX, ive been enjoying the music in the gym and now it has been stopped ? I prefer music in the gym, if possible please put it on back , thank you.
