I recently visited this outlet with my mother and had a truly pleasant experience. We booked via WhatsApp, and we were kindly offered the couples room. It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I was attended by Wina, who was professional and attentive throughout the session, while my mom was treated by Desi, who took great care of her. We were also given a special senior citizen discount for my mom, which we appreciate! ☺️ The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

Took 60mins aromatherapy massage for our me time with my mom. Vinta knows & has the skill. She focused on the part where i needed to (shoulder) highly recommend! Clean & smells good. Love the lavender oil tooo.

Had a good session with therapist name is Aini. The service was great, you can indicate in advance your preferred pressure & which part to focus on when filling the form. There’s plenty of massage type you can choose from, with spacious private room. After the massage, they’ll serve you with ginger tea.

So far, this is one of the best spas I've been to in PJ and they are professional unlike any others I've been to. The team here is no-nonsense and at least when we do a massage, the masseur's don't talk and keep silent. The price is very reasonable and the promotions are very interesting. I've been using Urban Retreat for over 7 years now, and finally decided to do a review. Keep up the great work!

I had the best massage experienced at URSpa @thecurve. Definitely Rani did a great job. Really enjoy my 2hrs deep massage. Will come again to try their body scrub. Thanks Rani for the best treatment. InsyaAllah will see you again for the next appointment.
