This stay was completely unplanned, but due to an unexpected situation, I decided to book a room at Urban Inn at the last minute — and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised!

First impression: the hotel looks really beautiful, modern, and clean from the outside to the inside. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful service. A big thank you to Mr. Sidney at the reception — he was incredibly kind and assisted me throughout the check-in process. Truly excellent service!

Overall, my experience at Urban Inn was great despite it being a last-minute booking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel on Thursday, July 3 for one night. This hotel is very new because there is construction going on around it. There are lots of parking spaces.The lobby area is very small. Two male receptionists named Sidney and Mirza were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is different because use fingers to access the room. Very interesting. The hotel room is very spacious, there are many TV channels to choose include YouTube, the air conditioning is good but the only thing I am very particular about is the cleanliness of the room. There is no mini bar fridge, water can be taken from the water dispenser provided outside the room, as well as an iron. Only 2in1 coffee is provided, amenities are only toothpaste. just a basic but its ok worth what I pay. The only thing I am very particular and concern about is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very dusty, the floor is not swept properly. There is hair here and there. And the bed linen seems not to have been changed or not washed properly. Everything else is ok, just please improve on cleanliness.

Booked for 1 night. Overall is okay. Room is tidy, got plenty of parking (might need to parking a bit jauh during night), ambience is great. Got also smart tv with bnyak channel 👍🏻. Key to improve, provide better water station and iron station. Nak iron tempat gelap really not pleasing, and also depan fire hose? Coway provided but kena kluar bilik and kena jalan sikit, also depan fire hose? Ada nmpak lif tpi tak bole pkai. Utk org pkai wheelchair is really not recommended ya.. Maybe can provide also vending machine dekat bawah tu...

The check-in was problematic. I had to go down to the reception 3 times. The first time because the room I was given was not cleaned yet. The second time was because the room was smaller than the one I booked. And the third time, the receptionist came up with me to confirm my room.

The room I had was not that big for the price I paid. Everything was basic. The elevators was not working on that day.

This hotel is very modern and stylish, offering comfortable, spacious rooms with an attractively designed interior and decor. Furthermore, it boasts a conveniently located ample car park and is positioned close to both nearby malls and a vibrant food area. However, the one potential downside is that you might occasionally hear some sounds coming from adjacent rooms.

This is the first time I’ve experienced a hotel like this. The check-out process was very slow — we had to wait for the staff to confirm the room’s condition before we could leave. Unlike other 3-star hotels, where checking out just involves handing over the key, here we had to queue with guests who were checking in, which made the process much longer.There was no mini fridge provided in the room, which is a basic facility expected in most hotels. Even at the lobby, there was no fridge available for guests to temporarily store drinks or perishable items. Overall, it was quite inconvenient.In fact, I’ve stayed at budget hotels before where the check-out process was much smoother and faster compared to my experience here."*

Good location just beside the main road & near to hospital putrajaya (15mins away). Got ample of parking, no parking charge. Big room with basic amenities & standard toilet. Staff was attentive & friendly. No swimming pool but for short stays, this is an efficient place to stay. Overall very recommended budget hotel in cyberjaya & putrajaya 👍🏼
