14/2 saya ambil dinner ,saya table QR menu telah penyelewengan lain customer.cashier dah tahu kes ini,tapi tidak settle.saya Tanya cashier mengapa kes ini bleh laku? Makanan yg orang lain order,saya bayarkan.semasa itu,cashier meninggilkan suara layan saya.orang yang buat salah,cashier tidak Marah.saya harap boss restoran uncle Don's bleh betulkan sikap cashier.

Food was horrible. Not worth the money we paid for our dinner. Service was out. Staff's don't understand what we are trying to say. We ordered 1 alcohol but they charged for 2. Ask for refund agreed at first but then the staff came and begged us to take the other drinks by saying her salary will be deducted...OMG

Did not enjoy the meal. Wasted our quality and loved moment in useless and tasteless food

Bad isn't the right keyword anymore! It's really awful! I never gave a such bad review to any restaurant before, but really sorry I have tell the truth here! Staff are like headless flies, they have no clue what they supposed to do there. Talking about the so-called lady manager, about the same too. I asked twice for ice water, it's already inside the bill, but they didn't serve me at all... Keep walking in and out and looks busy, but then only 2 tables during that time. Waited very very long time for the food, when food is served, no cutlery... Need to ask then only waitress do it... The fish and chip is not nice, the chicken chop taste burn, the pork chop is the nightmare!! I take my first bite, then I spit it out next seconds. The chop is cold, hard, really hard, and super dry inside. Totally different from picture shown. We didn't finish our meals, just check the bill and walk away! To the MANAGEMENT TEAM, if you still want this business, you better do something! Send someone spot-check, come by yourself, and feel it! If you don't really care the few hundreds thousands invested, you can ignore me and let it die naturally! In F&B business, service, quality, cleanliness means everything to you!

Visited on Malaysia Day...Dave took the order and was very attentive...service was prompt and always with a big smile..Aileen came over to say Hi...had a fantastic experience...the Devils Curry was superb...highly recommend this place for hanging out with family and friends....

New management has taken over in March 2024. Food quality and service has tremendously improved since take over. Fitting and furnishing looks nice after they refurbished the place. There was even nice live band entertainment when I visited recently and the crowd was good. Highly recommended to try it out!

Despite having hardly any other customers, the food was served late, which was incredibly frustrating. I've been to many of their outlets and enjoyed their nachos before, but this time it was a disaster. The nachos were unappealing and tasted terrible – a far cry from what I've had previously. The Aglio Olio was even worse; it was utterly tasteless, like eating plain spaghetti. We couldn't even bring ourselves to eat the foods we ordered. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back.

Uncle Don Setia Alam has been totally revamped with a new management and new set of crews. The food quality has improved a lot and the service is now excellent. Highly recommended to check them out.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. The food was terrible and absolutely not worth the money we paid. The service was subpar, and the staff struggled to understand our requests.

We ordered one alcoholic drink, but we were charged for two. Initially, we were told a refund would be given, but later, a staff member begged us to take the extra drink, claiming her salary would be deducted. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The food quality has deteriorated badly. The spaghetti aglio olio with chicken was served cold, and the chicken did not taste fresh—likely leftover grilled chicken. The nachos had spoiled cheese, which led to vomiting afterward.

Our experience was a complete disappointment, ruining what was supposed to be a quality time for us. I hope you take serious action to improve your food quality and service because this is unacceptable for a restaurant of your standard.!!!!
