Came for the Ulu ulu traditional massage, they were very considerate of my earlier booking time and arranged for me accordingly.
Quiet, relaxing with down light n soothing music enviroment.
Massage was just right pressure , they observe silent while the process is going on.
They only expose the part they want to massage to avoid catching cold if whole body is expose n carefully remove n replace the towel and your body gently.

I had the Ulu Ulu Signature Massage (1hr 30mins) booked via Klook, right after landing in KK, and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing. The masseuse was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout - the pressure was just right for my liking.

I truly appreciated how she adjusted the towels thoughtfully when working on different areas - it's a small detail but shows a high level of care and respect.

Few hours prior my appointment, they even reached out and sent me photos to help me locate the shop easily.

Definitely coming again whenever I'm in KK

Birthday gift from my daughter for 120 minutes Full Body & Foot Massages the place is beautiful and very cozy and I had an amazing and satisfied experience, I had frozen shoulders the masseur focused the massage on the part of the shoulder that I needed the most, feeling good and relaxing. They have great and worthwhile package options. Very recommended, will come again.

Even though I arrived later than planned, they were very attentive and accommodating. The massage techniques were excellent. Both adults and children were able to relax.
The slippers provided were soft and comfortable. I'd like to have the same pair, so I'd like to know where I can buy them.

Came here last week and got a very bad massage, staff were inexperienced and far too rough. Was told that there was a blanket discount on all services but the cashier then informed me when paying that I had to leave a five-star review first to get a discount.

Environment is fine, quite clean and comfortable. But the massage was not good and the staff took creepshots of my friends.

Went to their booth during Borneo Craniosysnostosis Conference 2025. Masseuse with the name of Juju gave a shoulder massage, very good pressure, hitting all the tight muscles. Very professional. Will definitely come again soon.
