Provided 24-hours accessibility which allows members to do basic workout training at their own convenience.

Free parking spaces.

Clean environment with a cozy atmosphere.

Advanced equipment provided by MAYHEM with high maintenance. And currently another facilities of sauna room after workout.

Very experienced PT who provides friendly approach and effective support - PT Ivan.
Examples of support and advice provided are workout techniques and healthy diet planing for reaching my target body goal.

I have been regularly training at this gym for almost a year now and these are my thoughts:

The Good

- Machines/equipment here feels premium. There are some machines which are amazing such as the shoulder lateral raise.
- Squat and deadlift platform is a bonus
- Good lighting and the environment promotes you to do more during your workouts.

The Cons

- As it's on the smaller side, the gym can get very packed during peak hours (5pm to 8pm approx)
- Weight plates are often not returned to the racks and are left on the barbells/machines. This has been going on for quite a while now so I'm not sure if any sort of penalty is being imposed upon members who do not return their used weight plates properly.

Overall it's a great gym and I've had a good time training here. It's just that a few problems prevent it from getting 5 stars from me. Hopefully the not returning weight plates to their proper places would be rectified by the management.

I’ve been training here for a while and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the equipment is well-maintained and up to date.

Coach Ivan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, highly recommended for anyone looking to get serious about their fitness journey.

The gym’s system is well-organized, and the toilets and facilities are always well maintained. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Kuching!

Fancy face recognition and thumb print access to the gym and you can be here any time of the day.

Free parking also easily accessible.

Lots of training equipments to use and the place is pretty new. Female showers and bathrooms are downstairs and well kept.

Remember to provide your bank account once the trial period is over as they might forget. Give it 3-5 working days as well for the money to be refunded.
