I came here after reading many Google reviews, most of which shared bad experiences, but I still wanted to give them another chance and hoped they had improved. Sadly, it was still disappointing. The massage didn’t feel like a real massage at all, and the service was poor. I also did a manicure the staff seemed lazy, didn’t put in much effort, and didn’t even finish with a shine. They also cut my nails in a way that hurt, but I stayed quiet because I just wanted to leave and go home. For the price, it’s not worth it. If you’re staying near this area in Labuan, I recommend going to another spa instead.

If I can rate 0 star I would gladly do so. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED if you are in need of proper massage. The masseurs only want to take customers who do NOT require real massage! If we dont need proper massage we dont go for one! Brought my KL friends there was almost turned away 🙂‍↔️ Reason? Bcos I am a REGULAR customer who requires proper point massage, very tiring for them 😏 The supervisor I think named Tien Tien/ Dien Dien is the WORST (the one featured on their page receiving some award)! She is the leader and brainwashed the rest to behave the same like her, witness by myself and my friends. Despite the fact that I’m regular and always tipped this supervisor spoke openly and rudely how the tips of RM10 is not enough and very tiring thus she doesn’t want to take the job 😂 Suggested for a female customer to take a male masseur instead 😏 I am posting here hoping that the OWNER will read the reviews and pantau-pantau la your masseurs! Bad attitude equipped with no skills you’ll lose more customers in time to come! I have NOT visited this establishment since that incident - months ago! Nightmare!

Went there and paid rm150 for 2hrs of pain, the therapist applying full force pressure although i have her painful reaction resulting the pain at my neck and especially on my calves instead of feeling relaxed after the massage.
I got No. 36, by far my worst 1st time experience.

The entrance looks dodgy but the massage was good. Well me and my friend had a good foot massage. Two Thai ladies (19 and 25) Recommended.
