Good gateway. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 stories unit. The place was immaculate. However, water pressure was low..hence the 4 stars. Facilities are well maintained. You can do own cooking but only using microwave. There wasn't any gas to ignite the stove for our unit.. Spectacularly clean and comfortable. But you need to pay 600 cash for deposits and another 50 for car parking deposits.. ample of parking space. Overall, it was a nice place in the middle of local residential area.. you wouldn't expect the gem there.

The place may look kinda shady when you come in the area, because it's all old housing area until you see the place. The place is beautiful. Love the concept and design of it! Family friendly, friendly guard staff and more. Come on Mondays if you'd like the nearby night market.

Oh this place is a wow. We were first given the top unit which is 3 storey high! Kids were overjoyed. But the water pressure was just so so, not strong. Since one of us preferred a stronger pressure, we shifted to the lower unit which is 2 storey high, but the unit opens to pool! Aesthetically, I love the interior. Simple, without any unnecessary decorations. Kitchen and washer is usable. Dining table is big! Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Villa有两楼楼上是房间，下面是客厅饭厅和厨房，主人房和两间双人房间，每间房间都有洗手间，总面积相当大也蛮舒服的，价格也很合理。提供一个免费停车位，还有户外成人＆小孩的泳池以及观赏鱼池，泳池适合小孩。一楼有按摩治疗店家，由于时间问题没办法去试看看。柜台服务相当不错。屋内缺点是房间床上有些灰尘，每个洗手间地上都有毛发，地上的出水口盖子也生锈了。厨房的柜子油油的，以上卫生和清洁需要加强。

Love the family suite, at home feeling alike. The suite is duplex where one master bedroom, and two twin rooms, located upstairs. Best part, each room got their own bathroom, tv and balcony. Upstairs also have living space with small sofa as you enter the main door. Water pressure were just nice. Kitchen, dining, living hall are located downstairs. Great living and dining hall, can cook simple dishes with complete, provided kitchenette. Kitchen also equipped with washing machine. There is also entrance door to the pool/facilities access. The suite was pretty well air conditioned. There is quite big swimming pool and the mini gym just at the pool side. Even though the villa comprise of 6 stores of 17 blocks, the surrounding was so quite. Each block consist of 4 units and have their own elevator. Quite number secure parking lot at the basement under each block. The villa is located in gated compound. There is no interesting place within the area since it is located in residential area. The villa was recorded as the most number of wall mural in a building as in The Malaysia Book of Record
