I read some review before made a last minute decision to overnight here. The location is good near supermarket and eateries. Hack, all other hotels are nearby this area as well. Most of the review resonated well with what i experienced. The aircond leak water, and noisy, there are human hair on the bed sheets, the TV has only like 3 channels ? but having said that , the wifi is ok, quite spacious for my deluxe triple bed, and was given a nice ground floor room. The staff was nice. Overall the hotel need an upgrade / overhaul on their services. Oh yeah, the room smell likes, well, smoky, not the nice one though.

Decent, no frills hotel. Was here for a few days on business. A food court next door, convenient for a quick bite when you feel peckish late at night. Rather quiet, that's good for me after a long day's work. Room is clean, air-conditioned. No elevator. Just staircase. I would recommend staying in the higher floor because will hear less noise from guests climbing stairs and front door slamming. Overall, it was cozy enough to rest after work.

Stayed for one night. Location was good for us - close to the ferry. There's a little cafe bar next door. Easy to park behind hotel. The hotel seems quite new. Basic furniture in the deluxe room and it was very compact, but clean. There was a large walk-in shower which was very nice. The rooms are clean and the bed is quite quite comfortable. |The staff were helpful, although their English was limited.

I stayed there for only one night, but I really enjoyed it. The localisation is really good. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really nice. I also had a huge tv, a kettle, bottles of water, towels. AC was working wery well. The only minus was the WiFi, it wasn't working when I arrived, I mean I could have connected it, but the Internet wasn't working. They said they would deal with the issue the next day. But the next day I left, so I don't know if they did (although I think they did).

Hotel great. Kinda clean. But the towel have funny smell as well as the bed sheets. Need to solve that immediately. The area of the hotel great. Near Tu milimewa supermarket. Hotel is nice for a night stay. 5star to frontdesk staff during my check in. 😁👍🏽. Really helpful.

Didn’t have any issue finding the location of the hotel. Once we got there, we had somewhat of an issue, we were sent to a room where it hasn’t been cleaned, the bed aren’t made, towel haven’t been changed, and the toilet are messy. We went straight to the reception to complaint and they immideately sent us to a new room. The staff was very helpful. Luckily the room was clean. The thing that might concern you is the fact that both room we entered does not have any windows, so for people who might be clusterphobia, that might be an issue and also the fact that we had troubles to contact the hotel to inform them we’re gonna be checking in a little late because the number they provided does not seems to work.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf unserem Weg von BSB nach Kota Kinabalu verbracht. Für eine Nacht war es ganz ok, aber das Bad war sehr dreckig und in unserem Bett lagen lange schwarze Haare die definitiv nicht von uns sein konnten. Natürlich kann man für den Preis auch nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Empfangsdame konnte leider nur sehr schlecht Englisch, hat sich aber Mühe gegeben uns bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen. Da das Angebot an guten und günstigen Hotels in Labuan ja nicht so groß ist würden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich wieder buchen. Zur Fähre sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe sind einige Bars und Restaurant, in denen man gut essen kann.

Un peu à l'écart des activités nocturnes donc pas gêné par le bruit, sauf par le claquement des portes dans les couloirs, ça résonne. L'hôtel est très récent, mais sans charme. Accueil moyen, mais ça dépend de la personne à la réception. Chambres carrelées, s-de-b standard, grande surface et bonne literie, mais mobilier bureau tellement exigu et un tabouret inconfortable complètent ce vaste décor blanc et sans charme. Bref juste bon pour les personnels en transit et en tenue de travail. Les prix commencent à 150 MYR tout de même. J'y suis allé deux fois et toujours le même avis.
