Yes, it's one of the best healthy breakfast spots in Penang! The ambiance is cozy and clean, the service is top-notch, and parking is convenient. I’ll definitely be back for more. They also have frozen takeaways.

-The best Eggs Benedict south of Kowloon.

-The consistency of the Black Pudding was soggy, and the taste was not authentic.

-Full English Breakfast platter. Nice Lincolnshire sausage & rissole potatoes. Sour dough toast was delicious.

⚡️We were the only table, but the food took ages to be served, that to, food was not served ‘together’.

⚡️The portion of butter was somewhat rancid, its like when butter is kept out for too long.

⚡️Steep pricing.

Note that the display showing fake baked good have insects crawling in the glass cabinet. Alerted the owner but she calmly said that the fake items are made with flour thus the bugs will show up after some time. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Wow really not bothered about the impression on the restaurant. 😱😱😱

This is my first time having lunch here with my team of 12pax. Super disappointed....
1. The pies tasted of nothing special but salt. No taste of herbs or spices.
2. The pies all came hot outside but cold inside. Poor knowledge on how to warm up frozen pastries.
3. Pies were reheated but some of the crust was burnt and they still serve it up to us. Hard to consume.
4. Mushroom soup took the longest to be served after numerous follow up. The taste was horrible, no mushroom taste and it tasted like it's about to spoil, like going to turn sour.
5. Salted Hotel chocolate drink came with a chipped cup and had nothing salty. Super disappointing.

Not returning as the price is not worth the experience or taste.

True attention to British food traditions. The operator Qui studied in England and transferred the ideas from Manchester. Enjoyed the very meaty Reuben and my wife had French toast with fruit. Many choices so see the menu pics. One operator is Qui sister Chew (in picture).

Serving authentic English Breakfast items expect to find very English delicacies like the Black Pudding and Yorkshire Pudding etc. The menu is a little small but more than good enough for a Breakfast or Brunch. Environment-wise, its pretty much like a standard cafe but pet owners would be glad to know that the cafe is a pet-friendly cafe.

A British cuisine. Love the mushroom soup. Also the main dish. The lemon cake so tasty until forgot to take a photo of it. Price expensive but this is British cuisine, what do we expect. Pet friendly. The owner having schnauzer as well. Food taste good, but not great, portion not big also. If compared with the fresh cuisine I review earlier, recommended that but this can try for the first time. Overall good experience and lovely environment.

Had the Sunday roast beef. Was sliced too thinly and the meat was grey. The gravy on the menu said red wine gravy but was too watery and didn’t taste anything like red wine. Potatoes were microwaved, vegetables were just blanched in water. Yorkshire pudding was nice though.
