Saya bagi 2 bintang sebab orang yg urut sy sekejap2 mcm xurut...urut pun malas2, dia picit2 yg xdah presure langsung...bila sy tanya kenapa berhenti urut Pandai jg lah alasan dia...dia ckp takut sy kesakitan.....xdah pun sy complaint sakit kah.. suruh kasi kurang 2 tekanan urut... Mahal lagi sy byr tapi service mcm ni....klau kena bagi pilihan mau pergi ini tempat lagi...i will says, i will not coming for the 2nd time.

The service is great, environment is nice and clean. Massage therapist are both Thai and Balinese, not locals. Tiya opened since 2014 but newly refurbished in early 2025.

첫방문때 만족해서 여행 마지막 날에 다시 받으러 왔어요. 첫날이랑 다르게 마사지 어디받을지 얼마나 세게받을지 물어보지도 않고 오일 마사지해주는 사람은 대충 오일만 바르고 문지르는 시늉하더라고요.. 어이없어서 그만해도된다햇는데 프론트 직원들은 그사실 알고도 한 번 들어와보지도 않고 미안하다는 말 한마디 없이 변명만 하네요. 태도가 더욱 실망입니다.
This is my second time visit during my trip. First visit was perfect. They asked us which part to get pressed more and how hard we want. The massagers also did very well. Everyone was satisfied with their work. That’s why we visited one more time today, but they didn’t ask us where to get massaged or anything. They just made us choose the type of massage and that’s all. One person got oil massaged and she put oil on the skin and rub. Not enough massage. My mom even told her to press harder but she didn’t. So she stopped her massaging. If we stopped her massaging then shouldn’t you come and ask why? Surprisingly, the employees outside never asked why even though they knew my mom didn’t get massage for the enough time. We’re not here to waste our time and money people. Very disappointed and will never recommend my friends to be here. Definitely.

The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained. From the reception to the treatment room, everything was thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort and peace of mind.
