Food was a mixed bag of experience, the salmon was not fresh, soup a bit underwhelming and pasta a bit too bland. Interestingly sides like calamari, sweet potato fries and drinks were really good, but mains were a let down. The service a bit slow, but it was mainly due to staffing challenges. On the bright side, the decor is not bad. So overall, you won't miss much if were to skip this place.

A rare GEM in Kluang.. Restaurant is amazing nice n cosy. Staff spoke very good English and very hospitable. Food is fantastic and fine dining experience n quality. Highly recommended in Kluang city. Price point is very reasonable for such a standard of food.

We had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant.
We made a reservation in advance, but when we arrived, the manager discovered they had double-booked. The staff was sincere, given it was Father's Day and the restaurant was packed, such a hiccup was somewhat understandable. We were seated about 20 minutes later.
When ordering, I asked the waitress if the "Cheese Baked Tomato Penne Pasta with Chicken" could be made with spaghetti instead of penne, as I’m not a fan of penne. She assured me that the dish actually comes with spaghetti, which seemed odd because the menu indicated penne, but I assumed there might have been a recent change.
However, when the dish arrived, it was indeed penne. I asked if there was a mistake, noting my request for spaghetti. The waitress apologized and went to check with the kitchen about a possible change. The wait for our food was already quite long, so we were a bit concerned about the delay if we had to reorder.
Then, the restaurant manager approached us, asking pointedly if I had misread the menu since it clearly stated penne. This response was frustrating and seemed to blame us for the confusion.
While the restaurant may be well-known and regulars might be familiar with their special pasta options, as first-time visitors, we were not aware. Proper communication during ordering would have prevented this issue.
The manager’s handling of the situation was neither polite nor professional. Understanding the situation with colleague who handled our order before addressing (blaming) customers would have been more appropriate.
The waitress seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed, which is understandable, but the manager’s reaction was disappointing and unnecessary.
Overall, the food was 3/5, the service was slightly slow, and the attitude of the staff, particularly the manager, needs significant improvement.

The place was nicely and beautifully decorated. Service was good. We ordered Iberico pork ribs, cheese baked escargot and angus ribeye steak. Food was ok only. I find the food abit overpriced.

The server's memory is terrible, the whole restaurant only got one table of five and she can't even remember what did each of us order? It is the basic duty for a server to remember what does each customer order, so that when you serve food, you don't serve wrong food to other customers. By the way, the food is ABIT expensive even though it is good to eat
