Saya sewa di bilik no 1. Berdekatan dengan dapur. Malam2 ada patron yang masak dan berbual dengan kuat hingga tengah malam. Bau masakan itu memang lah menyelerakan tapi melekat di baju yang kami gantung untuk dipakai esok hari. Plus point, biliknya bersih. Towel nya wangi.

It's a big house with many rooms.
Very comfortable.
Have shared kitchen and food that can be bought. If the one you want is unavailable, there's pekan just around the corner.
Tho the dogs outside can be loud sometimes but not all the time.
The house manager is available at home, tho i felt bad when we decided to check out way early and woke her up.
Thank you for accommodating us. Lucky there's parking available inside or we might have to park outside.
P/s they also provide car rental service so will take that into consideration in the future stay

Good for budget homestay. No tv in the room but you can watch tv in the common Iving room. Air cond water leaking in the room but got reactified quickly by the host. Far from food court or eateries. If too many guests checked in, need to park along the common main road.

I don't get why three homestay only has 3 stars. I see people upset that they didn't get the whole house but nobody ever said that would be the case, I got a detailed message on what rooms I could book and the prices. The rooms are very nice. They have an equipped kitchen and even some stuff like coffee and noodles you can buy. There is clean water for free. Overall it was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and there's place to park and even the option to rent a car. In case you're not driving, the bus stop is right in from of the house! And you can get grabs for cheap to and from penang Sentral
The rooms have fan and air-conditioning. It's really great!

Normally if it's a homestay, we consider booking one house.. but here we need to share it with other families.. no privacy. it's better if the owner change the advertisement from homestay to hotel concept.. how can three different families that we never known before can stay in one house sharing rooms?
