First & last to come here. This one staff (as stated in the picture) named Firzana was very rude and arrogance. Our first time to come here. My husband booked and texted their CS thru Whatsapp, ordered a set of Ala Thai since they had a promo!

At the cashier, Me & husband did asked whether we can change our drinks from “teh ais” to another drinks, she replied “tak air tak boleh tukar,” then we replied and said “nak order air tembikai lah” with arrogance face and smirk on her face she did replied “air jus? Kita org tak pernah2 buat air juice” to my husband and infront of my face. I swear if you guys can hear and looked at her face you will be really disappointed and want to punch in her face!

Plus, lots of unclean tables!

We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday dinner, so I dont want to make a scene and ruin my mood.

The place is great - comfortable with soft ambience. The food (set meal) was worth the price. Only problem was the service. The waiter who took the order was clearly not cut out to be in the service line. No smile, short answers to enquiries - somewhat not happy with his job. Even when paying the bill, I had to say 'thank you' instead of him - and there was no reply!

If you’re planning to celebrate a special occasion here, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The service is extremely slow and disappointing — even roadside stalls offer better service.

We came to celebrate our child’s birthday here. The staff said the cake that we ordered took 20 minutes to arrive at our table, even though it was a ready-stock cake that we ordered from the display counter (we ok with that). When it finally came, it was just placed on the table as it was, with no message written on it.

When we asked for “Happy Birthday” to be written on the cake, we were told it would take even longer because the kitchen was busy due to peak hours. We said we were okay to wait, but then we were suddenly told it couldn’t be done because the pastry staff had already gone home.

Fine — we then asked for just a candle, but they said they didn’t have any, again because the pastry staff had left. The cake was brought to the table without even a knife to cut it — we had to request one. On top of that, the cake tasted like it had been frozen, with the inside still icy.

The service was truly disappointing and completely ruined the mood of our family’s birthday celebration.
