Lokasi d kiulu sana dalam2. Kwsn yg sgt lapang. Kalau karoki smpai pagi pun x mengganggu jiran. Sgt sesuai utk family gathering atau family day. Berpagar so anak2 pun selamat. Tepi sungai tp kami xda try mandi sebab batu2 sungai sgt licin dan x selesa. Byk buah buahan di dlm. Buli petik makan tp x boleh bawa keluar ya. Bilik agak sempit dan teda almari atau meja utk ampai2 barang tp ada kipas dan aircond so selesa tdur. Rumah memang cantik ada tv. Ada wifi. Karoki dan pool pun disediakan buli main smpai puas smbil bbq. Tpt pool dan karoki memang jauh sikit dr ruma utama so x mengganggu yg lain berehat. Bg saya yg perlu diperbaiki bilik saja yg d bhgn bawah tu sbb teda m3ja atau almari bikin simpan2 atau ampai2 barang. Tq

We went for camping 2D1N. The owner was helpful and ensure we have what we need. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. Spacious for camping, less than 5 minutes walk to the river and beautiful scenery. There's outdoor kitchen and shared bathroom + toilet outside. Water system, lighting and grass on the field are well maintained.

The only thing thats not so okay is when the dogs suddenly howling and barking after midnight. But it was bearable. We had a good time here!

A very private place to take a break from the city life. This place feels like a countryside. If you book this place, you will get the whole place for yourselves except for two rooms. You will have to pay extra to occupy it. Here, you get to sing karaoke, play billiard, play sports and games.

Everything is great except:
1) The dangerous stairs run (stairs from the living room connecting to the bedroom upstairs) is not the normal standard. Children below 5 years old and elders are advisable to go up/down with guidance.
2) The sink for the wet/dry kitchen is kinda frustrating too.
3) Mattresses for sleeping are thin.

Weather is kinda hot here so no need for sweater. Beware of mosquitoes though.
Deposit of RM200 is required.

It is a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. You can cook (kitchen and utensils provided), karaoke, play pool or have dip in their mini swimming pool or the river just outside their fence.
Warm greetings from Mr.Zam makes you feel welcome here.
I would like to rate the rooms 5 stars but I give only 4 stars because the bed make squeaking sound if you move.
Other than that,recomended to try this place.

Spacious Fun Family Farm Stay!

Good for: 10-16 pax (adults and children)

GOOD

All in all our stay was super fun. The lounge area especially were amazing. You got pool table, karaoke with good sound system and beside it you got bbq area. Basically you got the whole thing privately for your family.

If you wanna play with children they got largest field that you can run around and play outdoor game. Lucky for us, it was raining and we had so much fun running around the field.

Another thing that we like was it is fully equip with household items. Wet kitchen, dry kitchen, stove powered bbq pit and commercial grade kitchen equipment.

The nature surrounding us gave us trainquil. They got small Dusun with fruits on it. (We only ate the one that fell from tree. Got permission from management). The river also can be access easily with built staircase.

Lastly, kudos to management for responsive reply and on time checked in. It was clean too when we arrived. And owner were thoughtful enough to prepare many beds. And they were clean too.

Ps, they got large dog (caged) as security. So you can rest assure youre safe within premise. Oh, the area was also gated.

BAD

Well, its not all good. I hope management can improve. One thing that I notice immediately is the suitability for kids. They are many sharp corner with their furniture and concretes. The pool stair is quite scary. Kids tend to fall so that sharp corner need to be covered.

Other than that, is the seemingly fragile/easy to break door/gate. Im not gonna blame owner for the build. We can always open things carefully, but kids are quite difficult to handle in this matter.

Lastly, the “Deal Breaker” for some, not having water 24/7 is kinda frustrating. Few of my family members were complaining. However, they compensate it with quick fix. One of the staff was on the clock.

So the pointer for good and bad are as below:-

- Not children safe
- Fragile build for small gates.
