One of the most beautiful spa experiences I’ve ever had. The design alone is breathtaking – spa pods perched right over the ocean, where you can hear the waves gently rolling as you unwind. The views are instantly calming.

The facilities are superb: there are separate his and hers areas with steam room, sauna, and a large bubbling hot tub that’s perfect for pre-treatment relaxation. Everything is spotless, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed.

I opted for the Hammam ritual followed by a massage – both were excellent. The therapist was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling refreshed and totally relaxed.

Staff were welcoming, warm, and made the whole experience feel truly special. If you’re staying at the Ritz-Carlton or nearby, this is an absolute must. World-class spa in a world-class setting.

Wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi spa. Location and spa pods were amazing. Sounds of ocean were so calming. The change rooms were comfortable. The massage itself was wonderful with choice of oils and pressure. The therapist was knowledgeable and very attuned to the client's requests and needs. The relaxation room and snacks were perfect for post massage. The jacuzzi was great for post massage relaxation.

This spa was disappointing despite the beautiful treatment room and excellent facilities. The therapis was unprofessional and rude. The receptionist kindly allowed me to use the bathroom for a quick shower before my treatment, as I had just returned from sea activities. However, my therapist rushed me and prevented me from using the facilities, saying it was eating into her break time. I hurriedly gathered my things and rushed to blow-dry my hair. She stood behind me with an unhappy expression, insisting there was no need to dry my hair. I know my body, and with my sinus condition, I can't leave my hair wet in an air-conditioned room. Her attitude was terrible, and it left a bitter taste. I will never return. Instead, go to the Four Seasons for a better spa experience.

Absolutely stunning spa and amazing facilities. We got spa treatments on two separate days, which highlighted that the different types of massages don’t differ at all. Some of the staff don’t seem to be professionally trained either. I recommend just a basic massage as I’d have hesitation with any of the other treatments.
