PROWe love this loft. Easy check in and check out. Free basement parking. Our room attached with bathroom. Spacious room. CONSThe room feels abandoned-an old creaky bed, cockroaches roaming freely and spiderwebs covering every corner. It's as if no one has used it for years.

The Loft was really good we enjoyed the rooms, the Gym and the awesome pool! Is was clean and comfy and the people answered within 30 minutes.

Services is totally fail.
I dun mind if u need us to self check in. But the staff is not attentive. No information about us to self check in. I need to search my own. N once i dm the staf, no response until i arrived. Once i arrived, i called and as i expected, takes time to give us the code. That is not how u supposed to operate. And the building is also looked abandoned. The maintainance wise is totally out. I wonder if u changed the sheets. What i can say is that, the building is under maintenance but then u still want it to operate to gain money. When customer try to cancel, the money is non refundable due to the apps policy. So the credits goes to your company. Very clever indeed. Totally not recommend.

Ps the loft meritz and meritz hotel is totally two different companies. And yes, i was tricked too
