I loved the atmosphere at this place, but the food service was quite slow. We ordered two iced chocolate drinks, but they were served differently because they ran out of the original setup.

The sourdough with mushrooms was delicious, and the iced chocolate was enjoyable as well. The monster burger, however, was just okay—nothing too memorable. The nuggets were average, and the salmon spaghetti was decent, though not outstanding. The meatball mushroom Alfredo wasn't to my taste, as it leaned on the sweeter side—I prefer more savory flavors. The Meatball were dried, wasn't the Juicy kind.

We also tried the coconut tiramisu, which was non-alcoholic (great since I had my 4-year-old with me who wanted cake). It was good, but it did take a bit longer to serve as it needs time to thaw.

Overall, while I enjoyed some of the dishes, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

The ambience is good.

Foods are 4/10 at best for the one I ordered as shown under photo.

Signature Tiramisu's rum taste is strong suitable for those who like strong run taste.

Hygine wise, on 8/2/2025 at 3 PM, I noticed that one of the male serving staff had a cold but was not wearing a mask. He repeatedly wiped his mucus with a tissue while serving food.

In terms of service, the new staff could benefit from better training. When we asked about the source of the meat in one of the pasta meatball dishes, the first staff initially said it was chicken. However, she became uncertain and had to ask another staff member for help. This second staff member then stated that it was beef when we asked again. If someone is unsure of the correct answer, they should double-check before responding.

Dirty pistachio is misleading. Although the menu did block the espresso wording with a white sticker, but the word “dirty” generally means coffee is in it - it’s misleading. Though it be will latte based instead of pure espresso only hence I ordered.
It took additional 20min to be served but we were not informed. When asked, the waitress just replied “it needs longer to prep due to the cream and milk”. Why not inform the guest beforehand when ordering?

Flat white coffee tasted stale and flat.

Didn’t finish both coffee.

Whiskey tiramisu is served frozen, more like ice cream cake than tiramisu. Alcohol taste is not obvious either.

Service is subpar, though service charge is applied.

Overall it’s a bad experience, won’t visit again.

Spacious, comfortable ambience. Great place to chill; if you're not in a rush as food takes a while to arrive.

I had Iced Americano. I give credit that the staff checked how strong I prefer my coffee to be.

Eggs Benedict was good. Apart from the beef bacon which I found a bit salty, other elements were perfect. The staff was extra cautious to serve my plate, worried that the eggs would "break" 🤭

Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely excellent service.

Kinda like the mains as both burger and pasta tasted good. Iced matcha was decent as well but we feel that the dirty coconut was too sweet.

The tiramisu was disappointing. It takes quite a long time to serve, might be because they just defrost it? Because we can feel the ice in tiramisu. The rum taste was too strong! At the first bite, we can feel the rum like flushing out into our mouth. We could not finish the ladyfinger part because it was SOAKED with rum. There is no taste of coffee at all. When we gave the feedback, they said it was because of they were using the good quality rum but i supposed good quality doesn’t mean should put a lot?

The service was a bit disappointing as well. We ordered iced matcha but they served us the dirty matcha. They did change it for us but they did not change the bill. When we confirm with the cashier, she told us that the iced matcha and dirty matcha cost the same which is actually not.

Maybe this is personal preference but I hope the boss able to notice about this and do some quality check on the tiramisu since it was so famous.

Muslim friendly and pork free. My second time here and the food is consistently delicious and flavourful, love the mushroom (sauce?) in my eggs benedicts. Nice ambience and great service from the staff. It was raining and one of the staff lent us umbrellas, sent us to the car.
