A great resort for a relaxing getaway. Staff were very attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The steamboat buffet was generous and well-organised. Everything fresh and plentiful. The serene surroundings made it even more special. Only minor letdown was the Karaoke. The song selection could be more updated. Highly recommended!

Nature place that is child friendly, with some baby chairs at dining place.

A good place to enjoy the nature surroundings, relax and enjoy what you have there.🏞️

Area to improve:
Perhaps can pay attention on the area of entering the reception area, during/after rain, it could be slippery.

There's TV with LAN cable in the room but, no TV channels to watch. My child asking for cartoon (or I didn't know how to click it?) 🤔

Others comments:
Kids playroom: good to have, but some irresponsible people left some tissues in there.

Karaoke room: good to have, again someone left tissue in there.

My room was okay (spacious, clean and comfortable), but another room sleep by family members were disturbed by noise of above floor (kids running around at late night)

WiFi is not needed, as I have mobile data on my phone. And I really just want to enjoy the surroundings and time with my family.

Beautiful surroundings, great service and well designed and maintained rooms. However the only issue is that there was holes in some of the duvet covers... I guess it's overused and rather old. Would recommend an upgrade. The rooms overall were nicely designed and the rock climbing wall above the bed was the highlight for the kids.

However, it was nice to have their tea tasting of a Taiwanese alishan tea and other activities are available at different times.

The surroundings are nice to walk around for some fresh air and the security is tight.

I appreciated that you can get your dinner and breakfast served in your rooms. The steamboat ingredients were bountiful as well, though it probably wouldn't have been enough for 10 people, probably slightly more meat or even some fish would have been nice.

To make the experience even better, I'd recommend serving freshly squeeze juice instead of cheap sunkist apple juice and better breakfast options. The American breakfast was quite sad looking. A local breakfast option like Nasi Lemak or fresh local fruits would have been better recieved.
