Did a walk-in for aroma massage during weekday around lunch hour. Straightforward and direct service, just choose which package you want, pay and go for massage. Masseur Noi was very good. Thanks for the service. 👍🏻

Update 18/09/2024: Dubious entries to the credit card that I used for making the payment: A month later after visit, I was suddenly refunded and then a day later the deduction entry came in. This happened 2 more times. And because of the difference in exchange rates, I had to pay more than what I did on the actual day of visit. Serious credibility on how the company handles finances and my credit card details and I have made a report on the charges. Would not visit anymore.

Update 6/12/2024: Nelly, the manager of Thai Odyssey followed up with me on this matter. She took it seriously to investigate and handled it very professionally and fairly. Thanks for resolving it and for the good service. I will continue to visit and recommend others to go back too.

I made an appointment for 6pm. Staff inform me to arrive at massage center by 5.30pm due to Christmas. Waited till 7.00pm before room available for me to start. Poor customer service.

If they instead of keep repeating to me to sit and wait, if they allows me to walk around while waiting for room and offer to call me when room available, the wait would not have been that irritating.

We have group of 7. End up split with 1 hour apart. Have other agendas planned and booked. End up other plans due to delay got messy.

Update on 30 Dec 2024 :

I heard you called my sister to ask for statement. May I know What statement do you need?

Time of arrive at 5.40pm as agreed?
After payment then you inform us you need to split our timing up?
2 staffs discussing on next availability when 1 say 6.30pm, then the other one insist at 6.45pm?
Ask me to wash feet at 6.45pm to make me thought we starting?
Continue wait till 7.09pm still room not ready?

By the way, people go massage for relax. Try not to pull people up to sit after massage like how it was done to me. Was relax after the massage. But when pull up, my back hurts during the pull and after.

Wonderful massage done by my female masseur. I fell asleep when she my left leg. Awesome experience. I did the one hour oil massage. When I left around early afternoon, it was fully booked till 630pm so book early once u cross the causeway!

I love Thai Odyssey and have tried many outlets in JB and KL. However during my last visit on 28-Nov, I was attended by Pi Minha (quite sure this is the name on her tag) and it was a little disappointing. No customary Sawaddee ka greeting from her which is fine, but rather odd it was missing. Then I was made to wait about 20mins as room was unavailable for my 4pm slot. During the session, I had to tell her twice to go softer with the pressure but of course she continued with her way. The hard pressure on neck and temple are crazy! These are sensitive area with thin skin so no need to go all hard! It was just awkward with her the entire session that I decided to reduce her tips (I had wanted to give no tips at all, but that was just mean). Hope you can look into this and don't let her ruin people's experience! We are not your punching bag if you are upset at work.

Highly recommended. Came in and was greeted by the receptionist at the counter. Given 5 choices of oil to choose from for the massage, we had Thai Aromatherapy massage for an hr. After the massage, manage to see their name tag, and my masseus was Som. She is good ! Seen good reviews about her. When we book a week in advance, did not mentioned any specific masseus but I got her. Blessed!

Soooooo good! My body felt so relieved after the massage, the masseuse was very skilful i didn’t know my body can ache like that hahaha my body is very happy now 🙂
