Nice place with reasonably priced services in a classy environment.
Love that there's a designated place to wash feet and you change into their slippers before entering. Interior was spacious though the exterior looks small.
The thai lady that did my massage was skillful and has good strength. Love that she's not chatty so that i can relax and enjoy the session.
The room is clean and they provide clothes to change into. The towel that covers the pillow was a little too rough though, and i had some mild rash on my face after. It wasnt anything serious so was not a big deal.
Love that the ground floor has nice seating area and you can enjoy the tea provided. They even gave a nice little dessert.
Overall had an enjoyable session and wouldnt mind returning again!

I had a good time here. They have really good masseuse, nice service and they even serve you a small dessert and tea after the treatment. Good price and very peaceful. The place is clean and smells very relaxing.

I booked a Thai Herbal Ball massage here (my first Thai massage ever) and had a great experience ! The masseuse was professional and helped me to relax very well. Massage ended with a serving of tea and dessert ☺️ Would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming place for a Thai massage !

Our 1st time but it didn’t disappoint. We purchase thai oil massage (semi-hard kind of massage, if you prefer hard then go for sports massage). They have really good masseur!! After massage, they serve some refreshment. Will visit again.

Good! Masseus 97 was good, told her to focus on my joints & shoulders and she was accomodating. Foot wash area was nice as well.

Went on a Monday, low crowd and place feels homey.

Paid for one hour of massage but it only lasted for 50mins. Massage started at 915pm but ended at 1005pm. Ridiculous. Masseur was super impatient, I’m guessing that she can’t wait to end her shift. Quality of massage had dropped a lot as well. Have been patronising this place for the past few years, I will never be back again.

Thai Imperial is right next to Lavender Flagship Restaurant. There is a stretch of parking lots in front of Thai Imperial but they are full, so I had difficulty in finding a carpark lot.

The place is clear and new. A well - appointed setting. It smells good without the stale musty smell of some massage shops. The ambience makes me feel relax right away. The room is quiet.

The therapist consistently used strength for my 2.5h massage. It is strong but not too hard, it is just right for my liking. My hubby is satisfied with his leg massage cum Thai oil massage.

The reception is not friendly and she answers my enquiries without a smile. She did not poach me into signing the membership package. When I was enquiry about the package, she did give me some ideas how I can use the membership value. After seeing a big difference in the prices between members and non-members, I decided to join membership without being asked. Another reason why I decided to sign up is that I enjoy dining at Lavender Flagship Restaurant and also come to service my car at a nearby workshop

Each top up is RM300 and I could use the value on the same day. However, there is no partial top up in future. If you are short of RM20 in value for your next massage, you can pay for the difference by cash/card. A top up of RM300 is required.
