It was my first time coming here. Here are the positive and things that need to be improved. Since it's a good place to dine and enjoy music, the Indian community will undoubtedly need to support them.

Positive
1) A medium-sized room with the ambiance and mood appears cosy and new.
2) Vocalists were interacting with the audience; the live music and acoustics were good.
3) Fairly priced.
4) The employees are friendly.
5) Families, friends, couples, and even children can enjoy this place
6) vegans can choose from a variety of dishes.
7) Parking is free at the open area.

Improvement needed
1) I have personally informed the staff that certain dishes require improvement in terms of food quality.

2) In order to allow guests who arrived at dinner time to enjoy the live music while they eat, management should probably consider rescheduling the performance timing.

3) Management will need to do more promotion on social media to attract more audience.

1. Your food is super oily, instead of gravy all that we scoop out is oil. Mantou’s are oily as well. Food taste was okay.
2. Service is horrendous. You as the owner should have hired more people to work on weekends, however there was just 1 bartender and 1 waiter, handling more than 30 customers they seem super stressed and overworked. Have some humanity to not overwork your staff. Train them to write down customer orders instead of using their memory power to remember so many orders at the once to avoid mixing up the orders as it happened to ours.
3. This place looks beautiful and tranquil however the music and live band is literally super loud, do something about it.

It’s a decent, family-friendly Indian bar and kitchen that offers a variety of Indian dishes and features live music. They serve cool signature cocktails, and it’s a cool place to relax with Tamil songs. And also comes with free parking 😅

I truly had a great time there…The carefully curated menu offers a mix of local and international flavors, with signature dishes like the Claypot Chilli Prawn, Chilli Chicken, and Pandan Chicken showcasing their mastery in blending spices and textures. The Claypot Chilli Prawn stands out with succulent prawns infused with rich, spicy, and tangy flavors, while the Chilli Chicken provides a fiery kick that pairs perfectly with the refreshing drinks on offer.

Had a great experience at Thaalam Kitchen and Bar! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, perfect for a casual night out or small gatherings. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor and nicely presented, and the portion sizes were generous. I especially enjoyed the lively vibe with good music that added to the overall fun without being too loud. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re looking for great food, drinks, and a nice environment. I’ll definitely come back again!

They recently changed the menu and added more food choices like set meals, pizza, wraps, satti sorru, Asian food, desserts, and more. Nice place to relax after work!

Great ambience with lots of potential but service needs improvement.
The location on the second floor gives it a nice elevated feel and the live band adds a cosy touch to the atmosphere but the place is clearly understaffed, only two staff were managing everything, leading to delays in food and drinks being served. The staffs were doing their best but the service demand is just too high for that number. Food was decent but there’s definitely room for improvement in taste. With better staffing and slight enhancements to the menu, this place could truly shine. Good Luck.
