Lovely vegan Indian restaurant with breakfast served 07:00-11:00. Lots of different sets available, but we went for the beetroot poori set and beetroot chapati set, served with dalca, and sambar. Both were freshly made to order and absolutely delicious. Perfect texture and the accompaniments were zingy, a little spicy, and perfectly balanced. We also had paniyaram served with the same zingy sambar but also a slightly sweet coconut chutney which was AMAAAAAZING. Finally, we had Thai coffee made with oat milk which was comforting and the perfect drink to wash down our delicious breakfast. It’s a lovely space and the staff are very kind and helpful, with recommendations and information happily offered as it was our first time visiting. We will absolutely be back for breakfast, and can’t wait to try lunch and dinner in the future, too!

It's a really easygoing vegan restaurant. They serve meals during dinner time and probably also "economy rice" style during lunch. The meals taste good. We tried their signatures such as curry mee and mushroom satay. Other dishes such as nasi lemak and maggi goreng are delicious as well. Can't find fault with them.
They do have vegan chocolates as well.
The service is very attentive. Definitely recommended if you are in the area for vegan food of local cuisines.

A fantastic vegan Indian restaurant that's a gem in the Tanjung Bungah area! It’s perfect for vegetarians and those looking for garlic- and onion-free options. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with consistently delicious food and warm, friendly service.

The lunch rice set is a highlight — you get to pick your own vegetables and curries, and most dishes are prepared without garlic and onion. Even à la carte orders can be customized to suit dietary needs.

Their weekend Banana Leaf Set (RM25) is a must-try! It comes with fragrant basmati biryani rice, 3 curries, 3 vegetable dishes, snacks, dessert, and a drink — amazing value for such a complete meal.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty, wholesome vegan Indian food in Penang!

Absolutely loved the curry mee! It’s nothing like the usual—it’s thick, tangy, and refreshingly bold. I even finished every drop of the soup. The fried cauliflower and bitter gourd were incredibly crispy and addictive. We also got to try a sneak peek of the upcoming herbal soup (totally forgot to snap a photo!). It was warm, comforting, and packed with the rich flavors of onion and black pepper—so, so good!

Don’t let the look of the restaurant deceive you, this restaurant serves excellent dishes. The chapati and poori I had for breakfast and lunch were fantastic. Highly recommend Temu Vegan Palace.

Absolutely loved my experience at Temu! As a vegan, it’s always exciting to discover a place that not only caters to plant-based diets but does so with creativity and soul. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the calm, inviting ambiance and the genuine warmth of the place. The food was flavorful, creative, and clearly made with care. Every bite was a delight. I ordered the spicy mushroom spaghetti, satay hericium, and a cup of masala chai—each dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented.

What truly made the experience memorable was the hospitality. The staff were welcoming and kind, creating such a relaxed and positive atmosphere. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kumar, the owner—a truly kind and gracious gentleman whose passion for the restaurant shines through in every detail.

This restaurant is a delightful find for anyone seeking hearty, flavour-packed Indian vegan food. I had the beetroot puri with potato masala and dhal. The puris were soft and vibrant, with just the right hint of beetroot earthiness. The panniyaram were a lovely surprise, crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and paired wonderfully with the chutneys. I ended the meal with a hot cup of oat milk Bru coffee that was just the right blend of strong and creamy. Can’t wait to go back! 🌸✨
