I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your staff members during my recent visit to your establishment. When I approached the server with a question, I was met with an impatient and dismissive attitude. The way they responded made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which was both surprising and disappointing.

As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect polite and respectful communication from your staff, regardless of the nature of the inquiry. Unfortunately, the experience I had fell far short of this standard. Such behavior not only diminishes the quality of the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the restaurant’s overall commitment to customer service.

I sincerely hope you will address this issue with the staff member in question and take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the kindness and professionalism they deserve. Excellent customer service is a key component of a positive dining experience, and I trust that you will take the necessary measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.

I had high hopes for this café, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and staff seemed indifferent to customers. When I politely brought up an issue with my order, instead of addressing it, they were quick to shift the blame. It felt unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome.

While the ambiance is nice, the attitude and lack of accountability overshadowed everything. I hope the management works on improving customer service and taking responsibility for their mistakes. Until then, I can't recommend this place.
