SUPER SLOW LAWYER. Promise can settle within 6 months drag to 1year plus. Ask for my husband birth cert, then no progress and ask again the same thing after few months like what? They charge us 10K for 100K house? They are seller's lawyer saying if using the same lawyer the process will be faster and easier but I think they charge us alone to cover for seller without telling us. Please don't use their service. It will be terrible mistake and you will regret like us. Hopefully their company will die soon because of their bad service!

Please avoid at all cost. Extremely slow and poor service, will take very very very long to complete. Does not answer calls. Will hold on to your money for as long as possible, with excuses like forgetting to process it. You will certainly get high blood pressure dealing with them.
