Cek in pakai mesin tapi mesin tak boleh cek in. Tunggu staf datang, kena pergi kaunter di kedai lain. Tunggu² setengah jam baru setel cek in.
Lif ada tapi agak uzur. Mungkin ada yang tak berani guna.
Tangga boleh dibersihkan lagi.
Air freshner tak ada. Hadaplah bau apa yang lekat.
Masuk² bilik, kecil. Arah kiblat ada tapi tak ada ruang nak solat, terlalu sempit. Dalam iklan tulis ada ruang duduk tapi hanyalah sebuah bangku kecil.
Cuba untuk hidupkan TV dgn remote gagal.
Tekan butang di TV, ok hidup tapi tak boleh nak buat atau tonton apa² pun. Remote tak berfungsi. Tukar remote lain pun sama.
Keseluruhannya, tak berbaloi walaupun untuk RM40 semalam.

Dapat bilik yg berbau kuat..mungkin bau lantai yg dimop tak kering lagi dah tutup pintu, berkuap. cadar ade kesan kotor(cop darah) dan koyak, berbau busuk mcm recycle org sblum ni punya. bilik tlalu kcil, tp boleh lah dh murah kn.. ade iron dsediakan diluar lorong pintu bilik. toilet okay jelah ade selipar disediakan. masa lalu kat pintu yg ade tangga tu nampak longgokan cadar2 atas lantai.tak tahu nak kata apa, mmg last la p situ. btw cstmer service elok je..klau korang terdesak sgt xde tmpat lain bole la p dri xde tmpt kn.. sy p sun inn 1,mybe korg bole p sun inn 3,sebaris je.. nk checkin sun inn 1,2,3 mmg kat sun inn 3 je.. lg mudah.. deposit rm50 cash kena sdiakan sblum check inn..

1. Unpleasant odor in the room: Upon entering the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell that made me feel very uncomfortable.

2. Elevator issues: The elevator frequently made strange noises, which made me feel unsafe.

3. Poor hygiene of the mattress: The mattress was very dirty, and the white bed sheets had black and gray stains, which is completely unacceptable.

We don't even stay in this Hotel for a night because of the damp and moldy smell. The bed is super dirty until I can still see hairs on it.
We go to the counter to checkout immediately when we see the condition of the room and even complaint, but the counter just told us refund is not acceptable.
I start thinking, if every customer who comes to this hotel and cannot tahan to stay, and refund is not acceptable, this hotel could make a lot of money. They don't even need to enhance the environment, don't even need to do proper room cleaning, just wait for fishes to book their hotel, cannot stay straight away checkout and no refund.

Pro:
1. Walking distance to The Mines and it's convention centre.
2. There's a mamak next door. Easy to find food but mamak is not 24 hours.
3. Free Coway water dispenser.

Cons:
1. Very poor sound insulation. I don't consider myself a light sleeper but was awakened a few times due to the banging of doors closing and people chatting loudly into the night.
2. The water heater stopped working in the morning, so I need to brace the cold shower.
3. Aircond can be super cold or super warm. Have to adjust accordingly.
4. Body shampoo was out and not refilled.
5. Reception is NOT in the same building. Have to walk to another block for check-in and out purposes.
6. The door keycard doesn't work when tapped, so the receptionist gave me the door password. Is the place even safe?

I check-in at Sun Inns Dmind 1 at 3/6/23 approximately 16.30, then i went out (i did not check the bed or anything) and came back at 22.30.

When i went to bed i found out that the bed linen have blood stains on 2 spots.

I tried to call receptionist but cannot go through (line busy/line problem). I had to go down to sun inns dmind 3 where the receptionist is situated at 23.00 with my child. And the receptionist send 2 bedsheets and told me to just cover the existing bedsheets.

I am greatly disappointed with the level of cleanliness of this room and the fact that i cannot get hold of the receptionist and had to go down myself at night. All the hassle.

Providing clean environment is the bare minimum in hotels services.

I hope your hotel improve overall basic cleanliness and phone line in future because this is unacceptable.

Location wise is all good but the hotel itself not recommend.
