Im so disappointed on customer service on the cashier. One of the cashier, (Muslim) female and she wore glasses. She doesn't smile to customers, i don't mind, maybe she had a rough day. However,she's extremely very rude especially talking to the customer. She asked me to mention everything in order, i dont mind either way. However ,when she misheard my orders and got it wrong (tbh I don't mind as its very normal to make mistakes ), but she said to me "cakap JAA burger" and "dah NYA AKU TADI KAN bgi details ba" ,in non polite tone. Tbh im considered this as rude and my brother witnessed this. Take note, i never comment to any places until this unpleasant treatment towards me and other people (i asked my relatives that used to eat at sugarbun before the same impolite cashier rude towards them as well). I admitted that all the cashiers (except that one rude female cashier) are professionals and polites. I don't have any negative intention except hoping that she will learns the correct ways of customers services and learn good manner. Thank you and hope everyone have a good day.

Not bad. This is probably one of the best pizza and the most cozy dining place In town.

Reasonable price and very fast service .

Is it normal to serve small chicken thigh to the customer? Even my acar is looking so sad. Dear management of SugarBun, is it fun serving your customer in a selfish way?
