“The worst place”
We stayed at this hotel and it was terrible. When we booked it showed a different picture and when we arrived we realised it was totally different. The place is not clean. There were cockroach and lizards. When we complained to the staff they kept on arguing that they just cleaned the room and they were very rude. The heater in the bathroom only worked for 5 minutes and after that it was cold. Imagine bathing in cold water in that weather. The room had a very funny smell, the pillowcase and bedsheet were dusty and the bathroom was not clean. They did not give any water bottles or coffee packet. Overall it was a terrible stay and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Tbh. the house very dirty. No bidet. No towel. No mineral water. Toilet got Cold water & dirty. Slow water pressure.

Got 3 room inside house bungalow. But just check in, suddenly got complaint, said cannot exceed 10 people. So we add extra bed. No problem. We paid. Eventough we only 7 adult and 6 children. But the extra bed is just another dirty matress. Lol. Just look at the picture.

There is room doesnot hv plug point. Lack of lighting also. dark.

Room is dirty. Just got spider web everywhere. I just got ellergy bcoz of dust. My eyes itchy. My leg itchy.

The chalet is quite spacious, accommodating up to 7-8 people with 5 single beds and a queen bed. It has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with basic facilities (rice cooker, gas stove, kettle, etc.), plus a fridge and TV downstairs. There's also a round table and some chairs upstairs for extra seating.

While the chalet is kinda old, and not maintained very well, it’s still pretty decent I guess. The toilets are clean, and there are water heaters, but no towels or tissue are provided, that’s a bummer. And there was a foul smell in the kitchen area, possibly from the sink. The internet connection is not so great here and there’s no wifi btw. A restaurant nearby makes dining convenient. Also, parking is quite limited.

Overall, it's a functional stay for a group, but a few improvements could make it better.

I would say that the price is relatively cheap. But it does not justify lack of hygiene, poor maintenance and bad facilities. The room is dirty. Do expect 3-4 cockroaches every night. The receptionist is nice and helpful but the place is just bad. Unless u just need a few place to put ur car and sleep at bed with possibility of being bitten by “other beings”

Kedua Kali menginap di sini..upgrade suda...Dan yg paling best ada restoran dgn makanan sedap berbaloi dengan harga..ada strawberry garden tapi Kali ini tutup sebab penyelenggaraan...highly recommend

The property has a very good location. But sadly the room is not very well maintained. Dusty ceiling, it has pests on the floor, the ironing board is very old, and the wardrobe has some moldy smell. The balcony door couldn't be open as it's stuck. No proper shampoo and mineral water given. The view is nice, the bed is comfortable (thank goodness no bed buds). The property is near the roadside so expect some noise from the vehicles that drive past. Sound proof not so good as we can heard upstairs guests walking around too.

This is a very nice place actually if the owner put efforts in maintaining and I am sure it will attract more tourists.

Please avoid this place!
It's the worst place I've ever stayed around this area!
Pros:
1) Room is big
2) Has a kettle
Cons:
1) Before 10pm, I was shocked by a 3 inches cockroach that came out from the ceiling!
After getting rid of it, a 2nd cockroach emerged about 15 minutes later!!
I requested and eventually changed to another room.
Three switches of the 1st room's were not working, resulting in poor lighting.

2) TV not working, and was told the same for all rooms!
3) No toilet paper, bath towels;
4) Door at balcony is poorly designed?! Cannot lock!
5) I have to say that it's a good location but lack of necessary maintenence.

Located just a few minutes away from Kundasang town, this hotel is ideal for a short overnight stay. Room amenities are basic and comfortable enough for casual travellers. Convenience stores are available just a few minutes walk on the main road. Limited parking lots are available.
