The toilet is so old and dirty with bad smell. Water floods when u taking shower. Carpet at the living room was so dirty. And the room with double bed have very bad mould smell. 😡Not worth for the price

A bit far from attraction, although nearby mid valley Southkey but difficult to walk over. Over here is peaceful and quiet, suitable for short getaway. Limited food options and by 8pm most is closed.

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. I appreciated the modern design. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area was cozy, ideal for unwinding after a day out.

When arrived , hotel was not available for check in.The booking was not completed as we can't check in and could not contact anyone at all. All contacts and chat are not able to contact hotel/owner.Avoid booking this , it seem like a fraud and go missing without being able to be contacted. Seek a refund and was rejected .

Nice apartment with amenities! Our kids really enjoy the pool and kids wet playground! 5 minutes drive to midvalley southkey, 15 mins drive to KSL. Basically it is very accessible. Apartment was well maintained and clean too! Wifi coverage strong, dont have to worry for streaming movies! Definitely will be back in the near future!

We booked last min & able to req with the host to check in early. The location of the apartment is near Midvalley Southkey Mall but a bit of a distance to walk over. They dont have a proper walkway for people crossing the streets. So a transport is definitely a need to get to the mall. Nearby minimart is quite a distance. Not really convenient location as below apartment not many shops. More to hairsalon, boutiques, clinics.||Upon arrival, host liase with us via WhatsApp & send us instructions to check in. Register self at guard house & they brought us to the mailbox where you retrieved the apartment keys by self. We got #26-03, definitely too big for 2 pax. Would be perfect for bug groups instead. Lift at 2 different towers very slow access. House comes with basic amenities, washing machine, huge fridge, stove, sink. Soap & toothbrush provided too. Simple, clean, spacious apartment. But we dont feel the vibes, just a so so feeling staying over. Can be quite crowded too over the wkend. ||Inifinity pool is great! Includes pool for the kids. Parking is easy.. the walkway to your apartment can be quite creepy if you return home at night. First staycay & probably the last one.

I would share with all of you.|And I don't know if anyone will understand how I feel over here.||I was staying in a Airbnb room here for 4 nights. And one day I decided to walk to gym facilities to do some arm exercise. Well, first thing I would ask everyone: normally, if you have dumbbell in your house and when you are doing arm exercise , will you wear sneakers or sport shoes in house?|This is a problem now, I was stopped by a security guard the moment I tapped the card in the gym entrance and was told I totally cannot enter|to do anything as their term and regulations said, |No slippers are allowed. I tried to explain to them politely, and talked to the management that I hope to just do some arm exercise that's all and I won't run on the treadmill. They say no as this is their regulations and avoid people from injured. So, I tried to accommodate with them if I can write a disclaimer and sign to said I will take all responsibility to in charge of my safety and my own risk. They say no and they can't do anything. |Like the facts I wrote in the beginning, would you wear sport shoes in the house while you are doing arm exercises ||This is insane and I felt very disappointed to the extremely unflexible management team. |Very Impersonal and unflexible attitude....|
