Memang best buat treatment di sini..staff semua baik ii ..treatment facial pon best..bukan setakat facial je best malah urutan pon best..ringan habis badan lepas mengurut..sesiapa yang betul ii nak healing memang saya syorkan datang di sofea medispa kubang kerian..memang confirm balik puas hati weyyyy!serious talkkk !

Buat manicure tapi benda basic pun tkbuat iaitu remove the kutikel🤷🏻‍♀️ why huhh? tu benda basic dalam manicureeee, just remove the kutikell gurlll apa benda manicure tkbuat kutikel. rasanya tksampai 15 minit buat manicuree kat sini huhu. Not recommended.

this was my first time here and honestly, i’m so glad i gave it a go! the staff who texted me beforehand about my appointment was super professional and straightforward, which i really appreciated. when i arrived, i was greeted warmly and immediately did my facial scan — it had been such a hectic week filled with tests and assignments, and honestly, it really showed on my face 😭

during the consultation, the staff was transparent and genuinely attentive, i could tell she was really trying to help with my skin’s rough condition. i went for the detox facial and got a free lymphatic facial massage included (which felt sooo good 😍). the whole session lasted over an hour, and the environment was so calming; nice cool aircon, soft vibes, quiet environment and most importantly… the extraction process was a solid 10/10. they had the steam on the entire time while extracting my black and whiteheads, which made it so much more comfortable and less painful than a normal extraction process. i’ve honestly never been to a facial place that did this and now i can’t go back to anything else.

plus — no crazy redness or inflammation after. i left feeling glowy and taken care of 🥹💗 special shoutout to therapist asya who was incredibly kind and explained each step she was doing so i felt informed and relaxed the entire time. the packages here are honestly so worth it and i’m already looking forward to coming back for my next session. highly recommend! ✨
