Tempat bersih cuma agak jauh dari pekan. Kena drive 5-10minit utk ke Aeon, Starbuck, McDonalds, Eco, Old Street.
Malam agak sunyi sbb jauh dari pekan. Internet slow. Utk Bilik Victoria Country, maksimum 3 org je, agak kecik utk anak ramai.
Hanya ada MyTV sahaja.

Utk keluarga ramai, better amik yg 2 bilik

Garbage service, bad environment
I couldn't find the person in charge until the end of the lease, and the deposit had already been paid. I believed I had encountered a scammer. In the end, I didn't get a house, so I urgently looked for another airbnb.
The police have been called, please don’t be deceived.

Had never encountered such lousy host! Totally unacceptable not able to reach owner at all upon checking in caused us to cancel the booking from Agoda now still waiting for the refund back. Don't ever book from this host if u r planning to. Irresponsible host/owner ever. Totally disappointed

Disappointed trips for non responsible owner. All the way from penang to batu pahat, booking on 14 Oct to 15 Oct 2023. I and my wife calling the pic a day before no one was pick up, and we call actual day 15 Oct and WhatsApp the pic and the page WhatsApp chat room also non of people replied, WhatsApp call, text no one replied. We waiting in front of the unit on 3pm until 3.30 still non of people open door for me and no one pick up my call, no return call as well.
Owner, u are really not responsibility this is not the way to run a business

Please be alert for those came from far.please do not book again.

Worse experience ever. We booked and paid for the homestay thru agoda. Took us the whole day to reach there. When we were already at the front door, we found the houses were full. When we called, the owner simply informed us that the house already been booked, but he was definitely very rude and didnt even offer any assistance. He also asked us to talk to his assistant, who was totally blank when we explained our situation. By the way, we were travelling with small kids and elderly. It sounded to the owner as if was some technical issues, but it was a real hardship for us. For the owner, it seem like u r very new to this business, as u may think that ppl come in to your place merely for the unique structure of the home u offered. The truth is, it is mainly due to the hospitality that u can offer to them, of which u failed to. IMPROVE!
