sempat mengintai bilik 2 orang (dalam perjalanan nak daftar keluar) - juga luas biliknya.

suka pemilihan jubin di tandas juga di ruang bilik - tidak licin dan tidak sejuk.
rasa selamat dan sesuai untuk yang datang dengan ibu bapa / anak kecil (kurang risiko tergelincir).

ada kemudahan lif dan 'vending machine' makanan / minuman.

maklum balas untuk penambahbaikan:
• sederhanakan kadar deposit daripada rm200 kepada rm100 atau rm50.
maklum yang deposit tinggi itu disebabkan adanya pelanggan yang menjahanamkan bilik / kemudahan² dalam bilik (cth: tuala dikotori teruk oleh solekan tebal), tetapi deposit yang terlalu tinggi juga memberikan mesej 'trust issue' yang tidak enak kepada pelanggan baharu.
• pelbagaikan kaedah pembayaran deposit selain daripada tunai dan kad kredit (cth: kad debit, kod QR).
tidak semua orang bawa tunai yang banyak dan/atau selesa menggunakan kad kredit.
boleh juga semak dengan pelanggan sama ada nombor telefon bimbit mereka sudah didaftarkan sebagai ID DuitNow yang boleh digunakan untuk pemulangan deposit.
• sediakan khidmat jual kupon parkir untuk pelanggan hotel; sangat membantu bagi mereka yang tiba lewat malam dan tidak biasa dengan bandar Kluang.

akan tetap mempertimbangkan hotel ini secara positif bila datang ke Kluang lagi.

ada restoran berdekatan (berhadapan jalan besar dan bersebelahan dobi layan diri) jual martabak sebagai sarapan.

masa cek in tak bgtau rules kata akan ambil deposit kalau ada kekotoran pada tuala atau selimut, pdahal dh bnyak hotel sy pergi sblum ni LG la 4 5 Bintang xda masalah pon smpai nk amik deposit org klo ada kekotoran..

kotor pon pda tuala kecik ja, dgn selimut satu ja.. Tp owner mula2 nk caj tuala 2,selimt 2,tuala kcik 1.. Smpai nak ambil smpai rm80 kalo xboleh tngu,msalahnya lps raya bru owner akan inform kotoran hilang atau x.sbb msa raya laundry xda pickup..Last skali solution yg terbaik owner bg charge rm50 dri rm100 yg deposit dia amik...still owner ambil juga deposit customer, ya dia ckp nnti lps laundry, klo kotoran tu hilang, dia akan bank in smula. Kami ni nk balik dh ke kl, takkan nk tngu disni smpai lps raya kot..

Tp still xpuas hati sbb ptotnya pihak hotel bgtau la ada charge msa cek in klo ada kekotoran yg xboleh hilang

*WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!* My sister booked this hotel for a one-night stay, expecting a peaceful rest before an early checkout for sightseeing. But the front desk continuously disturbed us, calling our room every 30 minutes throughout the night, ruining our sleep!||When we checked in, a Malay lady assisted us. We were a total of four, and she never mentioned that the fourth person would incur additional charges. She only informed us that if there was an extra person, we’d need to book an additional room for RM 170++. We declined, as it was already 10 PM when we checked in, and we planned to check out early the next day. She said visitors could stay until 12 PM.||However, once we reached our room, we started receiving calls from the front desk insisting the fourth person leave—even after midnight, at 1 AM, 2 AM! IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF? Completely untrained, unprofessional behavior! We are a family, bringing along elderly members, and this harassment was simply unacceptable.||This experience left us utterly disappointed with the front desk service. Is it such a big issue for a family to stay in one room? The repeated late-night calls were infuriating! I expect an explanation from management on why this kind of issue happened. Absolutely not recommended for families—service deserves a 0! Only the room amenities were decent, but that doesn’t make up for this dreadful experience.

A local friend introduced me to stay at this place, saying that it is a decent little place to stay and rest for the few days I had to attend to something in Kluang. Now I understand and did not ask for much with hotels of this price point but seriously at least keep it clean, that is the only expectation I had. ||As many other previous reviewers said, the room is very basic, nothing fancy apart from the bed and AC. The shower amenities were very basic as well, the entire style just felt very aged and home-ish. It wasn't until the third day that we found that there were visible yellow spots on the bedding and blanket that we had been sleeping on for two days (and no it didn't come from us)! ||We were so disgusted we just packed our things and left. We don't expect the hotel to have everything spotless but I think clean sheets and beds are one of the fundamental things that a hotel should provide. Also, there are dead lizards in the room corner, I seriously don't know how the janitor missed that (assuming if they have one).||If anyone happens to stay in this place, please check and confirm the room is clean before lying down.
