Dr luar, nmpk ok. 2 tingkat. Masuk dalam, rasa mcm menyesal. Harga agent mahal, rumah xbersih. TV xbole tengok..Shower rosak. Barang dlm rumah, mcm barang purba. Nk buat homestay, cuba la serius sikit. .blom citer umah berbau lagi.. Kalau ada budget, korang duk la kt hotel.. atau minta kawan kawan kt seberang jaya, usha kan dlu..

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable.
1. Bathroom Issues – The bathroom had visible stains on the floor and an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the shower had a leak, making it difficult to use and leaving water all over the floor, which was inconvenient and unsafe.
2. Unpleasant Odor in the Room – Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. Even after opening the windows, the odor remained, making it difficult to feel comfortable.
3. Unclean Sofas – The sofas were not properly maintained, with visible stains that suggested they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
4. Poor Bedding Condition – The beds in the second and third rooms were in poor condition, out of shape, and uncomfortable. The bedding also seemed used, which made the sleeping experience unpleasant.
5. Dirty Car Porch – The car porch was covered in bird droppings, making it unpleasant to park or walk through. This area appeared to have been neglected and needed proper cleaning.
6. Broken Iron and Ironing Board – The iron provided had a burned stain, and the ironing board was broken, making them unusable.
7. Pest Issues – There was a cockroach in the downstairs washroom, which was unsettling and raised concerns about hygiene.
8. Air Conditioning Issues – The air conditioner downstairs was not working, which made the space uncomfortable, especially in hot weather.
9. Faulty TV – The TV was not working, which was disappointing as it was expected to be part of the amenities provided.
10. Dusty Environment – The entire house was dusty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.

Overall, the stay was not up to expectations due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the condition of the property for future guests.

Well not worth the money paid for the stay
It only looks good from the outer look..
All rooms lock is not working plus 2 room doors are fully damaged need to use something heavy to make it remain closed..
The share bathroom can't close completely u can see thru it , btw there are only 3 bathrooms not like it mentioned in description like all bathrooms are attached separately..
The house owner didn't mention any of this issues earlier like its all in a good condition 😕
