This hidden gem is a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts. Located on the third floor without any external signage, you'll need to search for the unit number.

They offer a curated selection of high-quality cocktails, with knowledgeable staff providing excellent recommendations. While there's no food served, it's the perfect spot for a post-dinner drink.

While it's a small bar with a minimum order of one drink per person, the cocktails are worth the price (starting at MYR 50). The only downside is the uncomfortable seating, which might be a deliberate strategy to discourage extended stays. Perhaps it's a subtle hint to enjoy your drinks and move on to your next adventure.

Overall, if you're seeking exceptional cocktails in a unique setting, this hidden bar is a fantastic choice

Very interesting distillates of every imaginative flavor. Hosts were warm and friendly, and they were very knowledgeable about flavors. Lovely dark ambiance, a mix of chemistry laboratory and TRON. The darkness gave me calmness, coupled with the techno music. Would come again as a treat 😊.

As a side note, it's generally considered impolite to place handbags on dining tables as it can be unhygienic and disruptive to the dining experience. Or perhaps I'm just sore that they're ruining the view 😂

Located in the old neighbourhood of Taman Pelangi, Shui itself exudes a sleek dark and minimalist vibe. This place is perfect for conversations over cocktails, and perhaps a monochromatic dress code. Behind the bar is a long shelf filled with a selection of different distillates which are used to make the drinks layered and flavourful. I ordered Ugly, But Beautiful, a mezcal drink which costs RM58.30.

Like many speakeasy bars, they host the occasional bar takeovers. This bar plays mainly techno, which according to the owner is his favourite playlist.

Do note that this bar can only seat 19 customers, but standing space is available. I did a walk-in reservation at the bar on a weekday night and had no issue getting a seat.

Tip: The bar is on the third floor of a building. As a guide, look out for Yamada Beancurd, a popular dessert stall, where the building is facing it.

Visited Shui with some friends on a Saturday evening. Enjoyed the ambience which reminds me of a cozy loft - atmospheric lighting, nice beats and bartenders behind a counter. We tried a few cocktails - ‘Grumpy Baby’ was great!

位在馬來西亞JB的隱藏酒吧
據說只有當地人比較知道
雖然很有名，但是觀光客需要一些推薦才會知道這間店

店家的入口非常的不顯眼
可以按照地址先找到1樓的小門
接著進入小門後

直接利用電梯達到三樓
就可以找到店家了

而推門進去之後
可以感受到這家店非常的有質感

雖然燈光非常的昏暗
可以說是沒有什麼燈光
但是整理的氣氛非常的高雅以及有氣質
很有一種低調且浪漫的酒吧風

而整間店家基本上都是環繞著吧台的座位為主
並不會有單獨的桌子

和這樣的好處是可以直接跟酒保做交流
也可以看到酒保如何在替你調酒的樣子

這家店的酒非常的有特色
雖然酒單上列的酒不算非常的多
但是每一個看起來都非常的有質感

並且酒單上也有詳細列出這個酒的特色以及內容物有哪些

當然如果你對於想要喝什麼酒，不太知道
酒保也會非常熱心的替你介紹
包含是你想要喝什麼口味或者是想要走什麼路線都可以

當天主要是用英文在跟服務人員溝通
但其實其他客人也會運用華語跟服務人員溝通
所以在這裡應該是都可以通的

客人會非常推薦，到了JB來這裡
除了這邊氣氛非常的棒以外
他的酒真的是很特別也很好喝

雖然每一杯酒的價格也不到非常便宜
但是在台灣也是差不多的價格
在這邊卻可以喝到非常有特色的各式調酒

這邊其實沒有廚房
所以基本上沒有出什麼餐
並不像台灣的餐酒館一般
這邊其實就是一般的酒吧

但當然會給一些配酒的薯餅
這個薯餅其實還不錯
有點辣辣的味道很下酒
如果吃完的話 服務人員也會很熱心的問你需不需要更多
可以免費添加喔！

⭐️酒飲部分
當天喝了三杯酒
每一杯的口味都非常的有特色

👉where’s the fish
這杯是我的第一杯
整體最印象深刻的是
哇沙比的味道非常的濃厚
有種你在吃生魚片，但是卻不是生魚片，而是酒配上哇沙比的感覺

喝起來雖然酒精濃度不算高
但個人覺得他還是有一定的濃度的

👉fake cola
這是我的第二杯
當時服務人員就有表示
取這個名字就是他雖然不是真的可樂
但是調酒師利用各種種方法
讓他喝下去會有可樂的感覺

他說的的確沒錯
喝下去會有種碳酸飲料的感覺
但他又真的不是可樂
又是有酒精感

這種複雜的感覺令人也是10分的驚豔
只能說很有特色

👉vegan steak
這杯是我的第三杯
也是三杯中，我比較喝不慣的一杯
這杯非常的有衝突感

其中有股smoke的感覺
但又帶點滑滑順順的後續

但因為個人不太喜歡那個衝突感
所以就覺得還好而已

⭐️氣氛方面
這間店的氣氛其實營造的相當不錯
即使整間店非常的昏暗
可以說是把燈全部關了
只留下吧台工作區的一些小燈

但是配上整個酒吧的背光
營造出了一個神秘，但是又優雅的氣氛

而座位區只有在吧台周圍
更是讓大家有股圍在吧台一起喝酒的感覺
客人們跟酒保互相聊天

或者是做著自己的事情，跟朋友聊聊天
在這邊都不突兀

整體而言這邊的氣氛很適合跟朋友或者是情侶來

⭐️服務方面
這邊的工作人員都蠻熱情的
只要你點了一杯酒
再送上的時候就會非常仔細地跟你說明他每一個風味的感覺
並且也很詳細說明，他是如何製作這杯酒的
即使當中有相當多的專業名詞
但也是會很仔細的跟客人介紹

此外在補充水以及詢問需不需要更多的薯片的時候
也是相當的主動

讓每個客人感覺都有被照顧到

但比較可惜的是
裡面的工作人員似乎會跟熟客比較的好
例如會請熟客shot
但旁邊被晾在一旁的其他客人可能就會有點尷尬

但這也不影響他的服務態度

⭐️價格方面
這邊的一杯酒平均價格是馬幣55到50之間

換算成台幣其實不算貴
所以有這種調酒的等級
配上這個價格
還有這個氣氛
我個人是覺得相當的值得

⭐️位置部分
位在市區小巷內的小小樓上
其實並不能說是很好找
但是有心想要去的人應該都沒問題吧

⭐️總體而言
總結來說
如果你是喜歡去酒吧喝喝小酒喝喝調酒的人
如果來到JB
我個人覺得一定要來這些店走走看看
光是進到店裡面，享受他的氣氛
就非常的值得了

更不用說他的酒單以及調酒每一杯都非常的有特色
並不像是某些調酒一樣，只是把酒混在一起而已而
每一種酒都有一種主題以及他想要給你的感覺

A unique and hidden cocktail bar in JB. There’s no signage outside and you just have to look for the lift to go up to level 3. The Tom Collins and whiskey sour were nice and refreshing to start with. Tried a more “adventurous” drink with the ylang ylang, not really my thing. Or maybe we just didn’t get the right drinks.

Service was great, they explained the components in the drinks and was prompt to refill water and chips for us! Felt that what was lacking was probably the ambiance, the techno music was abit off for us, maybe something jazzy would be nice.
