Best hostel for budget travelers. Food vendors right outside the door. Everything is clean and we'll maintained. Very friendly staff.

Honestly for being one if not the only budget friendly place on the island they really earn their high ratings.

Amazing hostel! Stayed there for over a week. The host is super nice and rooms are clean. Perfect location too in the middle of the island! Close to beach and restaurants, ferry jetty etc. You can ask for scooter rental! Showers have hot and cold water and work well! Wifi works perfectly and they have a huge tv in the lounge where you can watch youtube etc.

Actually one of the nicest hostels ive been in malaysia.
And pangkor itself is a top hidden gem.

Hostel is very new and shiny. Space. Privacy. Professionalism. Communication w host was excellent, i arrived early and someone came within 20min.

Location also perfect in center of island, close to local food.

Purtroppo non posso dire di essermi trovata bene. Per il prezzo pagato ho trovato decisamente di molto meglio in giro anche in posti e posizioni ben più ambite, ma su quest'isola era tutto esageratamente caro come sistemazione, forse sono capitata nel periodo sbagliato. Le camere sono belle ma mancano appendini dove poter appoggiare le cose, tra cui l'asciugamano e delle tende per un po' di privacy...la coperta poi non riesce a coprire neanche me che sono bassa e il cuscino era pieno di capelli...i bagni sono solo due, di cui uno l'ho già trovato con il lavandino ostruito e anche questi sono parecchio scomodi perché facendo la doccia si allaga e bagna tutto quindi non si sa dove appoggiare le cose... All'arrivo non ho trovato nessuno nonostante avessi avvisato sull'ora di arrivo e il proprietario mi avesse detto che sarebbe stato lì ad aspettarmi. Ho dovuto chiamare e poi aspettare mezz'ora prima che arrivasse un ragazzo a darmi la stanza.

A great place to stay for a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation on Pulau Pangkor. We stayed for four nights and were very happy with the accommodation. It’s well-located, just a 15-minute walk from the ferry and 20 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of delicious, local, and affordable restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The shower had hot water and excellent pressure. There’s also a filtered water dispenser with both hot and cold options, which we really appreciated. The room with two double beds was comfortable, though there’s limited space for luggage. Excellent value for money! We’ll definitely recommend it. Thank you, Kanna, for your hospitality!

I would like to thank Kanna for his hospitality that he shared wifh me during my time at Pankor Island… I had gotten injured in an accident on the island and had not found a place to rest for the night…fortunately I was given this hotel as a recommendation. I messaged on WhatsApp and got a response quite quickly…within 5 mins...When I arrived to the hotel I met Kanna who was kind enough to look after me, he even went out of his way to ensure I had the proper medical care ensuring that I was well taken care of. Amazing hospitality. Amazing staff God bless.

Very positive experience!
Clean, functioning, accessable hostel.

Helpful staff, assisted in planning and printing bikes. Even training how to ride a motorcycle 😅

Kanna was a great host indeed.

Great that he listens to comments and act positively on them.

The location is 14 minutes walk to the ferry jetty and 17 to the nearest nice beach.

Renting taxi was not easy in the very early morning. But Kanna offered to assist.

This hostel is a great deal! Very conveniently located (good local restaurants at its door steps and just 10 minutes on foot from the ferry jetty), facilities are well taken care of, bathroom and dorm are clean, lockers available. Apart from the dorm, there are also some private rooms. The owner, Kanna, is a very kind man - he made sure I was alright and dropped me off twice by scooter at the best beach on the island (10 minutes' ride - you can also rent your own scooter or use the local taxis). Definitely good value for money, would recommend to anyone 🙂
