I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. The staff were professional and always ready to help with anything I needed.The location is also a big plus — close to the town, so order a cheap grab to go to ipoh town. Definitely worth the price and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The bed a lot of hair and make my body itch. Kettle container got stain. Dish wash sponge dirty and got hair. Towels dirty and got hair. Bathroom exhaust fan too noisy. TV not functional. Cannot stay longer due to above issues. Not feedback to owner because no point we only 1 night stay.

Hotel is conviently located within walking distance to many eateries. There is no lift facilities in this place, as such will be difficult for travellers with large luggages to bring upstairs. Another setback for this hotel is there is no private parking facilities available. Only street parking and difficult to get one during office hours.

Family room is comfy, cleanliness 8/10, bit dusty.. No elevator provided but its okay.. Overall 9/10 star for services.. Bit hard to find parking near the guesthouse.. Will come again in the future..

Small but with everything you need. There's kitchen cabinet, amenities and towels. Aircond powerful. Bed quite hard. Below there's place to refill your water. Check in is at other area, shamrock main guesthouse which is about 2 mins away from this place
